Too lazy to sign in on web view for the poll, but coffee and tons of water.
Last go around, I started out with decaf and then realized regular was probably healthier. So I switched back and just limited the amount. How much coffee are you ladies drinking these days?

Technically you could call it coffee, but it's really espresso. I need caffeine while KU, but like espresso b/c it's 70 mgs and I can drink a small amount which doesn't aggravate my nausea as bad.

Fun fact about me, I'm LDS so no coffee or tea over here. I'm a water for sure and then in most cases Diet Coke because I still need caffeine. But I'll try and cut back on that now.
I'm a coffee drinker but I do decaf about 90% of the time, pregnant or not. Too much caffeine bothers my stomach, and I can't drink it in the afternoon or I can't sleep.
Last pregnancy I switched to black tea for quite a while because it just sounded so much better to me.
And plenty of water. Being pregnant makes me thirsty.
I love plain black coffee. I drink it all day when not pregnant but I've limited myself to one cup a day now. The rest of the time lots of water. Pregnancy gives me a hankering for the coldest ice water possible.
