waitwhat D normally poops once a day but she commonly skips a day, and when she does it always means a blow out the next day 😕 I have definitely read that it's normal for it to be longer for a breastfed baby.
I do them with my J'15 BMB (via FB). I thought about bringing it up this year but thought maybe too soon and didn't want to be seen as more of a skinsuiter than I already am lol
My J15 bmb did a gift exchange when kiddos turned 1, but we only bought for the moms since the kids were already getting waaay too much. Then we did an ornament exchange at Christmas. We've used Elfster for all of them and it works really well. If you're interested.

We should do a half birthday exchange since they're bombarded with gifts at the end of the year and don't have a chance for summer stuff.

YES! What a great idea! One year/Christmas can be more of a 'we survived this together' Mom gift.
We did one for Mother's Day when the babies were like 4 months old, and we've done the holidays/babies' birthdays (because January) every year since. Elfster is awesome for this (as tjanca22 suggested).
I'd be down for a half birthday exchange, although it occurs to me that that's right around the corner for these babes ðŸ˜
