To get back at him I did an hour and a half of dancing and Zumba with DS, next week my foot.
Mines being similar... he wants me to be induced so he can have a warning when baby is coming 😒 dude, you have a warning- anytime in the next 16 days.
When I was doing the EPO this morning, I could feel my cervix without reaching too much. Talk about an awkward thing to feel when it's already dilating...
This kid better just fall out with how low it is and the annoying contractions

We have people from higher up in the company coming in next week and our usual jeans-casual look is probably not so appropriate. I was not expecting to still be working at this point. I have zero maternity dresses or dress pants. My boss says it's understandable if I have to wear jeans at 39w5d+ but I will feel so out of place. I'll have to try on my Nicoles this weekend and see if they'll still work.

ourcrazynavylife, I do have an Amelia and a Maxi, I'll try those on, too.
I have an Amelia, 2 Nicoles, a Maxi (didn't think of that!),and one stretchy non-LLR dress that all may work. It's unfortunate that it's only going to be in the low 60s/upper 50s here next week but I'm always roasting this pregnancy anyway so I'll make it.

ourcrazynavylife, hpnegirl, jennykat, did your maxis get stretched out after you wore them? I'm in love with my maxi and would hate to be unable to use it anymore if I stretched it out too much with my 39 week belly.

My husband was disappointed when I wasn't induced for high BP. Why are men so clueless?
We are home from the hospital. So good to be here. Hard to chase after the toddler with broken lady bits though.
Looking forward to more babies soon. Hang in there, ladies.
I barely made it to the hospital in time in part because I was more focused on caring for my toddler than caring for myself, so I'm trying really hard to do a better job of taking care of myself. I'm trying not to carry her around a lot, so I'm doing a lot of explaining to her that my body is getting better right now. I definitely notice more soreness after I carry her too much! Hope you're feeling better soon and the toddler takes it a little easy on you until then.
So, someone talk to me about water breaking that's a slow leak.. what am I looking for?
Trying to figure out if I'm just peeing myself when I stand/walk or if it's something else..
When my water broke with dd1 there was a significant gush of fluid every once and a while. I also felt a pop, and some of the gushes were probably at least a half of a cup of fluid, so I was pretty sure it was my water.
With mine, I could see little flex of white in it - the vernix. It also kind of smelled sweet.
That said, if it continues I would go in. It's easy for them to check and see if you're leaking fluid.

So I pretty much peed myself nonstop through the third tri and told the doctor that I was worried I wouldn't notice if my water was leaking. She said pee and fluid smell totally different and that amniotic fluid is often a little bloody or stringy. She also said no shame in getting checked if you don't know. It happens all the time. Good luck!

Usually the best way to tell. Go pee so your bladder is empty. Then lay down for a minute. Then stand up. If it gushes/trickles out there's a good chance it's your water. +whatever to people saying to smell it because it won't smell like pee.
