Postpartum bleeding question

I'm 4 weeks pp, ftm. I ended up with a c-section, but did labor and push. I ended up with 2 stitches prior to c-section.

My bleeding had mostly subsided in the last week. Well, not gone, but wasn't bright red blood anymore. Went from red to pink and continued to get lighter. Figured I was heading into the end of the bleeding. But about 24 hours ago, I started having red blood again. Is this normal? I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow so I'll ask then as week, but wanted to know if this is normal. I know they say bleeding can last for several weeks, but I kind of thought I was almost done. I don't know if it's something to be concerned about.

I'm a week out today and the bleeding definitely goes back and forth between red, nothing, pink. I think it's totally normal

I was told to expect changes like that as the uterus involutes because it does so one horn at a time. So you'll have more bleeding that lessens as one horn starts and finishes, then it picks back up when the other horn starts.

Thanks ladies! I hate Dr. Google, so I figured here was a safer place to ask! Figured it was likely normal, but didn't know for sure!
