Question for tww experts-- how strict are you about caffeine, alcohol and raw fish during the tww? I think I ovulated on Wednesday and we are going to an excellent raw bar tomorrow for my birthday. Would it be problematic to enjoy a drink or two with some uncooked sushi?? Our timing was decent (-3,0,+1) but obviously it's too early for any indication one way or another. Thoughts, opinions??
As long as it comes from a reputable place, there's no reason not to eat sushi while pregnant. Just don't get it from a gas station. The myth that you can't have it had been long disproven.
