2. I have 8 bajillion things before we leave for spring break Saturday.
3. L and I went to middle school orientation last night.
4. We left the kids home for 90m while we went. When we got home, they had eaten (I dropped them off with Chipotle), cleaned up from dinner, finished homework, and taken showers. Hallelujah. This age is amazing!!
5. I am chaperoning the 5th grade field trip to Philly next month. We have to be at school at 6:30am and get home at 8:30pm. Looooong day. A few neighbors/friends are going which will make it fun.
6. I am featured on the home page of my company's intranet. I do.not.like.the.attention. (my boss asked me to be profiled.)
7. The Lean birthday cake bars from GNC are amazing. L is doing Ideal Protein. I bought them for her, but I stole one for breakfast.
9. I have leftover Chipotle for lunch. YUM.
10. Why do I not find my work mojo until about 2pm? It doesn't help that I need to leave at 4 most days.
1. Had my dilation checked today, 2cm.. but cervix is still super high, the Dr almost couldn't reach it. 2. I hate having that checked, it hurts so bad! 3. Jo almost passed out on me too... she said the pain in my face made her feel the pain and she got light headed. 4. The Dr was going to strip my membrane, but since she could barely reach my cervix, there was no stripping happening. 5. Now our mothers are all panicked that he's coming this week. But I could sit at 2cm for a week... 6. This kid is moving like crazy now. 7. Lots of pressure and some cramping happening now. 8. Jo really wanted pizza, so now I'm sitting in the truck waiting for our slice. lol 9. This is the most cramping I've had this whole time.. I wonder if the Dr put something into motion?? 10. I hate not knowing what's going to happen!!!
2. Nanny is hired, we'll start tomorrow with a few hours of together/getting to know you time and then 3 similar days next week with a bit of separation.
3. Perfect timing, Is is coming into separation anxiety stage hard.
4. I need to remember to breathe, I'm just making her more stressed.
5. Excited to add more of the work dimension to life again.
6. Only one more episode of Grace and Frankie left. I love it.
7. Bought a convertible carseat on sale, yay!
8. All the teeth! Is has 4 top ones now in addition to two bottom.
9. No clue what to eat for dinner. I saw a client after H got home and may end up making a grilled cheese and canned soup.

9.
I don't know why that extra 9 is there, I haven't even opened the wine yet!!

1. I'll play! I should be going to sleep but that can wait.
2. dannigirl so freaking exciting!! I'm sure the waiting and not knowing must be awful but you're so close!
3. bexincanada congrats on the nanny! We have yet to figure out day care but have until December-ish...
4. 2brides your kids age does sound pretty awesome!! ☺️
5. Today was super exciting! Our nursery furniture got delivered/assembled and the dresser I was petrified wouldn't make it up our curvy staircase made it up by not even a millimeter. Literally the difference was those plastic feet they put on the bottom!! The movers were the best I've ever had in my life! So competent and caring!
6. I think I've developed some sort of sensitivity to rich dairy or ice cream. It is very upsetting and better be a pregnancy thing! Lol.
7. I was so excited about this mother blessing yoga retreat I signed up to go on the last weekend in April but it got cancelled due to low enrollment. I'm pretty bummed. They're trying to schedule a 1 day thing instead but no guarantee it will be before my due date.
8. We ordered our glider tonight finally! Super bummed that the price had gone up. It's the last piece of the nursery aside from still needing a kids chair too.
9. There's still so much to buy!! It's insane!
10. We planned to do a day of cooking on Sunday to make freezer meals but we haven't picked out recipes yet, haven't cleaned out our packed freezers, and will need to go grocery shopping. So who knows if it will happen.
PDQ but here's the nursery so far (the curtains aren't staying):
Me: 32, Wife: 38, Together for 5 years, Married for 2 years IUI #1 (8/2016): Letrozole, Ovidrel, Crinone = BFN IUI #2 (9/2016): Letrozole, Ovidrel, Endometrin = BFP!! EDD 5/26/17
2. Mom went with me to the second a/s and it was so awesome to have her see baby.
3. We finally got a good profile pic. PDQ
4. Puppy is doing so good with training. Now if only he would understand leave it for our other dog's food means leave it all the time. We're working on it.
5. Pup pic!
6. J used her two days off organizing the garage and it's pristine.
7. Mom started a new chemo and her white blood cell counts are super low. I wish I could make her feel better.
8. Chipotle has been my go to the last few weeks. Yum.
9. It's getting warmer here, thank goodness we love our neighbors and they'll let us use their pool.
10. Invites for our shower went out. I'm really looking forward to it!

Me: 31 Wife: 30. Legally married 2008, thanks CA! TTC #1 since 11/14 using donor sperm. IUIs Jan-Aug 2015 BFN Sept & OCT 2015 added Femara. BFN Saw RE December 2015. IUI with Clomid & Trigger Jan 2016 BFN IUI #13 with Follistim April 2016 BFFN IVF #1 July 2016. 14R, 10F, 6 Day 5 embryos. 4 PGS normal embabies!
1. I like to have something sweet basically every night. It doesn't have to be big.
2. When it's warm, I'm not a fan of wearing jeans. I don't like how they feel on my skin. It took me forever to wear jeans growing up since I didn't like how they felt. Guess I've always been sensitive to it.
3. I'm subbing for my first Stroller Strides class this afternoon. Very last minute. Hope they like the workout I put together! I don't have a speaker for my phone....so they may have to workout sans music....
4. A benefit is that after I showered, I got to put back on workout clothes.
5. I made summer squash and cilantro soup with a shrimp quesadilla for dinner last night. It hit the spot. I had never made a shrimp quesadilla before but we had all the ingredients so I thought I would try. We shared it and it was a perfect size.
CETs
6. This month at work is/is going to be the busiest in awhile. Meetings and prep all this week & in Houston for court next Monday, then back to more of the same for the rest of next week.
7. M suddenly sleeping through the night (most nights...knock on wood) has made a huge difference. I'm back on my regular morning schedule, more or less.
8. Had a try-out for a new part time leaser for our horse yesterday. She was super nice, but as is the standard, she wasn't as competent of a rider as she thought she was. We're going to start with lessons, rather than being able to just have her start riding on her own.
9. I think we're getting more Rain tomorrow? This year is crazy! M and CAR are going to 'bubblefest' at the science center in Santa Ana (which I'm a little jealous of) hopefully it's mostly inside.
10. Looking forward to being home more or less on 'time' today after two days in a row of being gone 6:30 am- 8pm!

cetcar I haven't worn jeans in at least 10 years. I hate the way they feel and don't miss not wearing them at all. Also, I hear bubble fest is fabulous, as evidenced by it selling out! You'll be 10 min from me

Nanny trial went great today. She was super calm and interacted well with Is. Isobel took a bottle from her and warmed up well. I was here the whole time but let the nanny take the lead as the afternoon wore on, and went to the bathroom, left the room a bit, etc. Next week she's going to go to Music Together with Is and H (I have to work), and then Wednesday and Thursday I'll practice leaving the house for a bit and coming back leaving nanny and Is on their own for an hour or two before the 17th, first full day!
I work tonight, tomorrow night, and Saturday afternoon at private practice so I'm glad today went well, makes me a bit more confident leaving her.
I'm also looking forward to CET being home earlier. It's nice having her around for 1-2 more hours in the evening. I don't know how single parents do it.
JustJudy- I had no idea it was so popular! Oh man, we'll be so close to each other. Hi!
rosesquared- The nursery is starting to come together. It looks great!

Thanks cetcar and bexincanada!! It is so amazing just to have furniture lol.
JustJudy love the u/s and the puppy!!! Our dogs eat separated by a gate though our bigger guy is pretty good about letting his brother eat if he happens to come close. Also the tiny 4 pound dog will growl if he's enjoying his food lol.
cetcar good luck teaching the class!! I'm sure you'll be great!! I also love something sweet every night but I'm horrible with portion control so often for me it's easier to go without than with something small.
