How do YOU cook chicken?

pardon my ignorance...but what's so great about a pressure cooker? Besides more easily canning my fruit jams....

the Instant Pot is sort of a pressure cooker + in that it does more than a stovetop pressure cooker would. I think I mentioned a few things above, but I primarily use mine to cook dry beans, rice, and as a yogurt maker.

I was skeptical as well, but as people have mentioned, it's less mess because you can sautee first. Second, the meat is juicy and tender. Third, the time you save is my life saver managing a two year old and two jobs. I love it. Juicy, tender food. And that is putting a bag of frozen chicken in it for thirty minutes!

That is the one thing I haven't tried.

That is the one thing I haven't tried.

Yogurt?... It's my most frequent use for it. The process seems daunting the first time, but it's really a lot of inactive waiting around. If your family eats yogurt, it's definitely worth a try.
