My baby likes to dance with me to Jack Johnson lullabys. I've been dancing for 3 days straight - pretty sure that counts as exercise since my legs feel like they are going to fall off.

Reviving this thread. I started piyo yesterday and it felt so good. My legs have that good sore today. Today is upper body and I'll have to do it on my lunch break.
erinshelley21 what is piyo? I've fallen off the exercise wagon and need to get back on!
It's a beachbody program that combines Pilates and yoga. I don't do well with high impact and have back problems. This strengthens my core enough that my back pain all but goes away. The workouts are all about 30 minutes long. One is 45. It's a great workout.

Hmmm...I need to start rebuilding my core strength. This sounds fun. Is the program progressive, with easier workouts to start out?

Month one is easier than month 2. There is a modifier for every workout so you can progress at your own speed.

I think I might look into this. My back feels really stiff lately and I'm so much weaker than I used to be.
I am finally back on the health and fitness bandwagon. At least as of Monday... I ate a lb of sees chocolate on Sunday 😶 I realized I really like going to the gym to both workout and just escape my kids for an hour. I love them more than anything but man are they exhausting!
I'm hoping that once I get back to work, it will be easier to get into a routine of working out. J will finally be 12 weeks and allowed in the childcare room.
