This may be irrational but I'm irritated with DH. I just got home and he's asleep on the couch. I want to nap too! Unfortunately laundry needs to be started, dishwasher needs to be unloaded, and dinner needs to get prepped. Oh and our children need to be picked up. I wish I could just say "screw it" and skip chores to take a quick nap but I can't. I'd just waste nap time by thinking about all the shit that needs to get done. Sigh. I wish I could care less about these things sometimes.
I'm in the same boat most days. I couldn't strangled H on Monday for his lack of help cleaning the house.
Oh hey heybulldog56, are you in my head? On the weekends if the kid's naps sync up I'm like we need to get all the things that take both of us done asap! Mh is team nap or play video games. It drives me batty. Stuff doesn't magically get done dude.

Turns out he unloaded the dishwasher before his nap. Oops...I'm an asshole. Good thing I didn't say anything to him. However, I must now put an end to naptime. I am sending him to get the boys so I can prep dinner.

I'm sure he'll do something eventually to deserve your unspoken annoyance. Give him a pass then, and you'll come out even

Hi! The sickness has finally left our house, just in time for my first post partum period, yay! Of course today has been a super clingy day for dd and a crap sleep day for R, it's like they know. Looking forward to bedtime tonight, mh is working but I have a date with the container of moose tracks in my freezer.

Well, work wasn't as awful as I thought it would be. It felt...normal, actually. It was like I had never left. Which was a little depressing lol I came home to two happy kids so that was nice!
And I'm definitely not pumping enough. I've had zero ideas about how much Will eats during the day but he had 24oz while I was gone. Only pumping 5 is not going to work.

Apparently my mom just had some sort of episode. She was sitting in her house, talking to my dad and said she felt dizzy and then lost consciousness and is super disoriented didn't know who my Dad was. He called the paramedics. It happened super quickly though because she texted me at seven and was fine and he called me at 7:20. They are taking her to the hospital now but the paramedics said it was not a stroke. Of course I'm home alone with the kids, I wish there was something I could do. I'm so upset.

Thanks @ellabee and @orangcrush. I really don't know what exactly is going on. My little brother is going to the hospital, he lives about an hour away, and he is going to try to get more information. I just don't know if my dad is giving/getting all the information, he tends to downplay things to not upset us. Mh is working tonight so he is gone all night and he works tomorrow so typically he comes home and sleeps until he goes to work tomorrow night; so I probably can't get any help from him there. I really wish I knew someone that could come to my house and watch the monitor, R is asleep and dd is in her crib for the night. I know there is nothing I can do but I feel like I need to be there.
Ugh, my phone ate my post earlier and I'm taking advantage of a quiet 5 min before doing DS1's bedtime to catch up so hugs to those who need them after today.
Today hs been non stop but in between running around H perfected his back to tummy roll! I think DS1 was about 5mo before he rolled either way so I got a surprise when I saw him do it. Then he did it again.

meeggaannw I hope you get some more info soon and your mom is doing better now.
So from 7 until she finally fell asleep at 8:30 E was crying non stop. This has to be teething not sure what I can do to help her not be in so much pain. She kept putting her hands in her mouth. Poor girl.
