I'm paying out of pocket for my first ultrasound, May 3rd (7w4d). Trying to get my doc to get me a viability scan just before the blood test (non-invasive prenatal testing) at 10w3d.
We go in the same day! I'm a little less than a week behind you
Not until 5/15 here and that's my first appt too. I'm going in Friday for a blood draw to check progesterone since I have had issues with it in the past. I also started spotting so I'm going to call tomorrow. With DD I had a SCH so might be the same case here.

I had my first ultrasound yesterday at 6w 3d. They're bringing me in for an ultrasound every 2 weeks for the next month because I'm high risk for repeat ectopic pregnancies. Yesterday's ultrasound was good though! Everything was right on track and we saw a heartbeat! I'd share a picture but baby just looks like a blob right now.

Had my first today at 5 weeks. Doctor saw a yolk sac and said I'm measuring a little more than 5 weeks. I'll be having an ultrasound every week for the next few weeks.

I had my first last Monday at 5w. Yolk and sac measuring normally and in the right place. Big ultrasound this coming Monday to check for a heartbeat. I'm very nervous and hopeful.

Great news @officedrnette, mleep, and andi! I'll join in the fun. My first u/s was on Monday (6w 3d). We saw one little flickering heartbeat. I go back again two weeks from today. The upside of needing an RE: more frequent ultrasounds. The downside: paying for them OOP!

Mine will be 04/25, according to LMP I'd be 9w, but I know that's wrong, and I'll actually be more like 7.5w Just hoping to see a strong HB as that's always been our loss milestone in the past.
daystardreams - yes, we saw the heartbeat and the doctor was very positive, so I'm trying to be too. This is as good as it gets without a crystal ball. I also adore this practice. They do weekly ultrasounds for loss patients, and he said if I wanted to come in Friday - or anytime if I just needed reassurance - they'd do their best to slot me in. I read a study that showed that sort of care alone without other treatment improved pregnancy outcomes in RPL patients, so it makes me feel very supported.

I read an article about that too! I'm glad you are getting such excellent care!
daystardreams - mine went great! The bean looked like a little peanut and the HR was 159. They just got a new machine so they couldn't print the pics for me, but they emailed me some before I left.
I met with the RE and I graduated! He said everything went picture perfect minus being overstimulated and having to do a freeze all. And I can stop Crinone whenever I want so I'll probably use what I have and not order any more.
I go into my OB's office next Tuesday for labs and to see the nurse, and then 5/23 to meet with my doctor.

Congrats to all that have been able to see their little babes/heart beats! It's amazing.
My first appointment is next Tuesday. Time is dragging! I'm hoping that I can talk them into an ultrasound to put my mind at ease since, like several of you here, I have a loss history. We will see.

Between 6 & 10 weeks - waiting to see if I can get on medicaid since my husband is going through a job loss (hopeful he will get a FT job beginning of June! With benefits) but until then just waiting for Medicaid to see if they will approve me
