H and I got Sonicares for Christmas 2 years ago and they are amaaaaaaaziiiiing. My teeth always feel like I just got them cleaned.
I'm so cheap, we never buy toothbrushes. We just make sure the dentist gives us one every 6 months, lol!
This is usually what I do too. But I've been lazy and haven't gotten my teeth cleaned in almost a year. I really need to get on that, but I would have to find a babysitter and I don't trust anyone that much.

H and I went to the casino again, this time for lunch lol. They had chicken and ribs buffet today, and we both basically ate ourselves into a food coma. He and the dog are passed out and I'm just laying here, contemplating what to do, and if I really even want to do anything.

We have roller derby bout on Saturday night. Because of trying to keep the kids out of respite as much as possible and my mom having to work we are only going over for Easter day.
Kids have a visit from 10-4 on Saturday, we then take them to respite, and bio parents will pick them up Easter morning and have the day with them.
We are using respite since having them at roller derby would have been fine we do want to go to the after party and trying to find someone to watch them on a holiday weekend was impossible.
So I'm feeling guilty doing it at all but I also feel H and I need to be able to go to the after party and "let loose" a little bit as well.

I actually have an electric toothbrush that someone gave me a few years ago that I've never used and it's still in the box. I've never had a desire to use it. I think I'll try it now! I got curtains delivered yesterday from target- we still don't have curtains in the bedroom and we moved in last July. I don't really like them so now I have to return them and find new ones. Also got my new beef liver pills delivered which I am weirdly excited to start taking. That's the most exciting thing going on in my life right now lol. Oh and it's mine and H's 10 year dating anniversary!

I stole DH's electric toothbrush when my dental hygienist refused to give me a toothbrush at my cleaning because she wanted me to switch. But I still use a manual toothbrush about half the time because the battery life on the electric is getting pretty short.
AFM--today's super warm and sunny. I just got back from a lunchtime walk with a coworker and I have a happy hour with some coworkers at a local brewery this afternoon. I'm taking dinner from our favorite sandwich place home for DH and we may put together the patio furniture.
Wilty bristles after 6 months? What the hell are you doing to your toothbrush?!?!
+1 DH's toothbrush looks like he chews on it. Mine looks fine after 6 mo but I try to get new ones every 3mo because my mouth is so nasty when I wake up I'm sure my toothbrush is nasty also.
I usually just boil mine once a month or so. The blue strip that indicates you need a new toothbrush is usually about halfway down at the 6 month mark, so I just koko with the free one.

runner17, I'm adding them as a supplement since liver is really good for you since it's so nutrient dense and it's supposed to be a 'fertility food'. I can't imagine eating it in its normal state though

Where do you get such things? My iron levels have always sucked.

These are the ones I got, this is supposed to be a reputable company. Eating liver (and I suppose taking the pills too since they're actual dried liver) is supposed to better than taking iron supplements because it also has lots of B vitamins which help absorb and store the iron.
I just booked my work trip to Switzerland and added a solo weekend in Paris on the way home- anyone have any recommendations? things to do? places to eat?
