Bikes for physically disabled

Ds wants to ride a bike like his sister so now the PT sent me the amtryke brochure. The bikes are $300-500.

Has anyone gotten one or had experience?

If we have to pay oop I'm gonna be pissed if he outgrows it in a year or two.
