staz, thanks for thinking of me. E was a lot better on Saturday and so far this morning.
I had the idea to thaw some of the colostrum I froze and feed it to her. And she seems to be on the mend. Her temperature lowered to really normal levels and she's been far less congested.
When we put her down, she gave us a six hour stretch. The previous night we never got more than 90 minutes.
Nap #1 in the crib is a complete failure. She's just rolling around in there. She's already managed to go from one side of the crib to the other. It's sort of funny watching her on the monitor. I guess H will be doing most of the last minute prep for Easter while I hold her so she naps.
staz- At least you tried the crib! Keep trying and one day it will work.
We are slowly getting ready for Easter at my aunts. Did our baskets and egg hunt now trying to get LO1 to eat some breakfast since she'll be on a sugar high for the rest of the day. DH is gonna stay home to nap and get some chores done. (Really he just wants to watch soccer in silence.) Being gone yesterday put us so far behind....the house is a wreck so if he's gonna be lazy he can have moments of productivity.

Last night DS went to bed at 7!! Like slept 5 hours!! Which means I still only got a 2 hour stretch of sleep myself and then he went back to his 2 hour stretches after that. WTF? Why you sleep so well when I'm not also sleeping? We need to get on the same page here.

Our five hour stretch is 6:45/7 to 11/12. I try and be asleep by 8. Once the toddler goes down. I wish I had more time for myself, but after that stretch all bets are off. Last few nights we've got a 5 hour stretch then 3/3.5 hour stretch then a 2 hour stretch. Which is awesome for her, compared to the every 45 min-1 hr wake ups. I'm hoping we are only moving forward from here! Fx!!

C slept 5.5 hours for her first stretch last night which was amazing! Too bad she's almost too long for the newborn napper in the pnp which is where she currently sleeps at night. Womp womp. I guess I'll attempt to move her to the bassinet part or attempt crib naps a little bit this week. I'm so sad. I like sleeping, and we were just starting to get 3-5 hour stretches regularly. Boo.

My experience with the pnp bassinet part was....not positive. Who knew my 10w baby could literally scoot in circles?

I know... it did not work well for DS either. He did this thing with his legs that basically shook the whole pnp and woke himself completely up every single time I put him in there. Maybe the crib will be better.
