DH made me coffee so I'm sitting here in pjs catching up on tcf, watching April in labor, and planning my day of cleaning. The family is coming for Easter lunch/dinner tomorrow.
We're dropping DD off at DH's cousins house. We have some friends coming over to play a long, all day game. Tomorrow we are going to his cousins house for Easter festivities.

alwayscheese durn it all. I actually worked as a housekeeper too between DS1 and DS2, and I also really hated it. It's way worse than cleaning my own house. I do go help my grandmother clean her house though still. Although for that I usually rope one of my teen siblings into coming and helping.
We're eating at MIL's country club at 2pm tomorrow, she wants us to go to her house after to play games, we suggested before like at noon instead and she replied that's way too early for her and SIL....I'm beyond annoyed by this. That's not early and I don't like being out late on work nights.

I've been up since 7AM and have accomplished pretty much nothing. I've been browsing the internet for house stuff. H is going out to watch the Bruins game this afternoon but is supposed to put together some Ikea shelving before he goes so I can start putting stuff on it.
Tomorrow morning my friend's H is supposed to come by to go over some patio ideas since we want to put one in soon. Then we're going to my aunt's for lunch/dinner. I'm bringing fruit and dip so I'll make the dip and go to BJ's and hope they still have big fruit platters. I have no interest in buying a bunch of fruit and cutting it up myself.
scoutradley, alwayscheese,I hate cleaning too. I need to clean both bathrooms and I'm trying to muster up the energy to do it. Ugh

We are having a pretty lazy day here. I am officially on my staycation! I totally forgot about it lol. Yesterday while I was getting ready to leave work my charge nurse was like "I put you to float on Monday is that okay?" and I am all "Yeah that's great!" and 5 minutes later she looks at the schedule and is like "Um, you are off next week!" WHOOPS.
We are going to dye Easter eggs later and enjoy the sunshine but otherwise nothing exciting for today. We don't really celebrate Easter, DS gets a basket from the bunny and I will eat my weight in Cadbury mini eggs but that is about it.

Also we are trying to decide if we want to stay where we are or buy land and build something. If we stay put we definitely have some updating to do. We would also go with private school. Long term moving would put me closer to work, different school district so we'd go public, and we'd have a house we want that needs no updates. I really do love our current property, it is gorgeous, and we really just need bathroom and kitchen updates but long term we would save money moving and going public instead of private. So many decisions!

That's a huge decision! How far away would you be building from where you are now? Have you ever built before?

Err, I just had an interesting call/visit. One of my coworkers (a night girl) called me sobbing hysterically. I couldn't really understand what she was saying, except that she left work and she was just sitting in a parking lot. I told her to come over (she's got a history of attempted suicide, like 2 years ago), gave her a glass of water and made small talk until she calmed down. She's got a pinched nerve or something in her neck, and she had a panic attack at work because of the pain, tried to get one of our other coworkers to come in for her, couldn't get ahold of anyone, freaked out told everyone she quit, and left.
She just left my place about 20 minutes ago to talk to boss lady to see if she could sort it out, but jeez, I feel so sorry for this girl. She's only a year younger than me and she's got so many issues =/

About 15-20 miles so not crazy far away from where we are. We have never built before but I feel like it is the only way we will get exactly what we want which is why we are leaning toward it. We would need to tighten up the budget short term for that though but I think long term it is smarter. One thing for sure is that this is the LAST TIME I am moving if we do move lol. I hate moving.
