Oh man, this onesie R has on left red marks on her thighs because she's so chunky. It's not bad or anything, but damn. That's never happened before! I wonder if it's time to size up. She's been in 18m clothes since she was 6 months, and she just outgrew some of her pajamas, but 24m seems so big!
FS2 had cradle cap, and I ended up just kind of gently scratching it all off over the course of a couple weeks. It didn't come back once it was all off. Probably not the right/best method but it worked. What are the recommended ways to get rid of it?
I think FS3 has cradle cap too but his hair is so thick that I can't actually see for sure if he has it or not...
People have recommended coconut oil or this mustela (sp?) shampoo. But our doctor said we could GENTLY scratch it off as it loosened and mostly to just leave it alone and it will take care of itself*
*obviously this depends on where and how severe. They can prescribe ointments like requiressnacks mentioned but typically if bothers us more than it does them as far as I know
The mustela shampoo is awesome and I still use it just because it smells so good.

Could that brand just be too tight now? Since it's the first time that happened.

Maybe? It's Carter's. They've always been fitted, but never this tight. Plus this is the first time she's worn this specific onesie, so there's also a chance it's just a little smaller than others.
But also I wonder if her thighs have gotten bigger. Her pajamas that don't fit anymore wouldn't zip over her thighs. I mean, she's also tall and I've had to cut the feet off a couple pair of her cotton pajamas. So needing to size up isn't out of the realm of possibility. I'm just in denial. Lol

My latest attempt at getting my child to sleep: putting her in her crib (!!!) at a set bedtime. She fought it for a little while but she never actually cried. She just fought her swaddle for a few minutes and laid there looking right at the camera but eventually she went to sleep. I don't consider it a success unless it works 3 nights in a row. So FX. Not sure if we'll bring them into our room when they wake or not. I think it's easier to just pull them into our bed to feed vs having to deal with twins in our tiny nursery. So we shall see.
Newborns sleep a lot. If she's not losing weight I wouldn't worry too much.
I'm excited for the pediatrician tomorrow. I need to know her weight!
I bought a baby/toddler scale on Amazon haha. Mostly because of DS having weight issues I thought it would be better for my anxiety to be able to monitor his weight closely lol

Yeah I would probably do that too if we were having weight issues. She's 99th percentile so I'm hoping for no issues.

MH didn't even touch this baby today. He didn't kiss her or tell her he loved her. I just can't imagine going even an hour without telling her I love her.

Awww
Yes I get that we only were together for 3 hours but just because you are dirty and have a headache doesn't mean you can't hold your daughter or feed her.

Today DS pulled up on the couch and cried with his hands out for H and he said he was tired and eating. 🙄 Put the damn plate down and give your son a hug. (He did but come on dude)

H is bad about ignoring R when he's on his computer. It pisses me off to no end. She just wants a little attention, stop ignoring her!
