ellabee, oh boy. If you lay out outfits specifically for picture day will your H dress them accordingly? That's probably what I would do. And write a bazillion notes about which day the outfits need to be put on, which direction the shirt/dress/etc. goes and so on.
judyblume14, I'm so sorry about your water heater. I hope you can get it fixed or get a new one ASAP!
bazinga, good luck with your washer. We use paper plates almost every day. No shame. Do what you've got to do lady!

ellabee, not sure if this helps or hurts, but my favorite childhood photo of me is a preschool shot where dad had dressed me. Striped yellow shirt Red suspenders and crooked pigtails. Mom was so pissed.

No nap again today. He hasn't napped since we got to Florida. Ugh. We did "rest" for an hour but I am desperate for a true break from the toddler, even if only for 30 minutes. All you SAHMs are truly my heros. This is so tough and I'm not even alone (my mom is a realtor and her schedule is very flexible so she's been around in the mornings). Ok, I will stop whining now. I just need some more coffe.
I know a few people noticed an increase in spit up with the first leap. Do you think that holds true with subsequent leaps? Dd is a spit up fuss bucket today out of no where. Her next leap "should" be in two days.
Or is she just letting her displeasure be known because she hasn't pooped today? She is normally a frequent pooper, 2-3 good ones a day. I'm jealous of all you that have every other day or more poopers.

heybulldog56, H is not a napper, maybe 20 minutes once a day if we're lucky, so my FFTuesday Confession? I still use the slow flow nipple to feed him when I need a break. It takes him 35-40 minutes including nodding off to finish and I can just breathe. 4month sleep regression or leap or just Mercury in retrograde this kid is a fussy baby lately.

carrots, that's what I'm hoping. I'm sure he'll nap when he gets back to daycare next week. I just miss the two hours where it's just me and baby (mostly because I can watch my shows with the baby but not with DS1. So in reality, I miss having two hours to watch shitty TV and eat snacks without sharing).

Both kids were in bed and asleep before 8! Enjoying steak, green beans, and wine in front of the tv. I'm definitely going to bed soon because who knows what the night holds.

I painted our hallway today and I'm not loving the colour. We have it downstairs and it looks light beige. Upstairs it looks like a cold grey/purple. Grr.

What was under it? I had that problem in my bedroom. The previous owners had a bright emerald green accent wall that I tried to paint light yellow. I did two coats of primer, plus the paint had primer mixed in for whatever that's worth. The yellow had a green tint because the blasted emerald was still leaking through. So I went hard core with a brighter yellow called "American Cheese" which I'm sure I'll regret in a year or two.
