JoBub - I really can't see the lilac. Maybe it's my gross eyes though. It looks more like blonde to me. I really like it a lot though. I think it's perfect for school. But I love the waves. Does anybody know how to accomplish those at home? I suck, like, really suck at using a curling iron.

It's only on the ends. There's like 4 different purple shades, and one if them just looks silver to me. I really think if anyone at work questioned whether I have an "unnatural" hair color I could just be like "I don't know what you're talking about."
She makes the curls look so easy, and I suck at doing it myself. I can usually make it look OK from the front, but I aways burn myself trying to curl the back.

JoBub I was thinking the same thing about the curls, I love it! And I totally suck at a curling iron too. I wish I had a personal glam squad like the ladies on housewives.

Was on a phone call with one of my customers, a man...he asked if I was bf'ing. Wtf dude, not really any of your business. I guess his wife was very pro bf'ing and he wanted me to know all the benefits lol.

How do these people keep finding you?!
lol I have to find them and small talk to try and get an order. This one guy is a tough cookie and barely buys. He said he pulled the trigger on another line last month. I tried to guilt him saying I was on maternity leave. He said congrats and then asked if I was bf'ing.....and still didn't buy anything.

vlagroupie that's so awkward. I hate the expectation that if I'm pro-breastfeeding it means I should be willing and eager to talk about my boobs with every rando I meet. And if I'm not super open about it, or if I don't want to BF in public, I'm somehow unsupportive of the whole "Breast is Best movement."
When i was BFing Bub, I never encountered anyone who was not supportive, but I definitely felt judged at times for taking him to the car to nurse. I didn't even care, but he refused to eat in a noisy room, so I usually had to.

It is awkward, like if I said no would I get a lecture from a man about it?!?! I dread having another convo with that guy in the future.
Y'all know I'm pretty open about breastfeeding but I still get yucked out. This weekend at church a couple (50sish) was talking to me about how big G is and if he ate food. I said no just breast milk and he said "you must make a lot of cream." Like 😳 I just... and that's not the first time someone has talked to me about fatty milk. Idk why it weirds me out. Breastfeeding is a personal relationship between my baby and me. Yes I can do it whenever and wherever but that doesn't mean I want anyone else in that relationship. I actually enjoy helping other people with Bf way more than I want to talk about my own Bf.

I find it's the old people and men that ask about bf'ing. I really sick of people asking about that and how she's sleeping. If you're not bf'ing and your kid is not sttn it's like you're a failure, I know that's not true but when people ask if it so annoying.
