1. How are you feeling?/How did the past week go?/Did you meet your goals? I am feeling ok right now! I did not meet my goals last week but I did increase my walking and I have started eating better!
2. What are your goals for this week? 2 strength training sessions and more stretching! 3. bubblefan I saw my doctor today, he said laying on my back was fine during body Pump but I need to be only lifting like 10lbs, nothing heavy! Just for the update! He also said Cardio is best!

Second trimester is my best trimester I went 4 times last week, I didn't want to do spin for some reason this week or last week, hoping to have the desire next week 2. What are your goals for this week? More Cardio! 3. Share your favorite healthy recipe. 🍽 Pesto chicken !! It's literally chicken breast topped with pesto , tomatoes and mozzarella and baked in the over for 30 minutes, easy and delicious!!
QotW: What is the last book you read? Did you like it? The Divergent Series.. I don't really read books as often as I like , I wish I read more.. maybe I'll find a good book recommendation for vacation on this post!
1. I am feeling good physically. I am kind of self-conscious because I look like I'm putting on weight in my stomach but don't look obviously pregnant yet. I did well this week. I met my goal and added a group class. I didn't love it but want to try a different one. My eating could improve! 2. Go to the gym 4x and try a new group class. QotW: Harry Potter! I am working on The Cedar-- big change of pace/genre but also interesting.
1. I'm feeling okay but getting self conscious because I feel big already! I did my group class twice this week and played a soccer game. What does everyone do for cardio?

kinipela7 Spin class Right now I go 1-2 times a week . I'd like to add a some more Cardio during the week though, because my Doctor said Cardio is the best while pregnant !
