Tell me what you're doing today? Hopefully it's more fun that what I'm doing. SO. MUCH. CLEANING. needs to happen before Saturday evening when we host friends. So. Much... and really I just want to sit on my couch.
Also, tell me what you're currently binging? I'm watching Shameless right now and like that, but I need shows to watch on Netflix/Amazon/Hulu/HBO when DH is working and DD is sleeping. LMK your favorites! 13 Reasons is already on the list for when I finish Shameless.

Same though. Lots and lots and LOTS of cleaning. Just dismantled another mouse nest *shudder*. I swear I'm not a hoarder, but this is good in a way because it's making me get rid of things that I was making excuses to keep. Also, lots of dishes and lots of laundry. I'm not sure what's going on with me, but every time I think to myself "I'll just sit for a minute to have a break" I end up doing more cleaning. That is so not like me O.o I need to get to the store to get some meds to take with me on vacation, and find some black leggings, and actually START PACKING for my trip, but in the meantime my brain seems to be happy stuck in cleaning mode... H is currently out getting new tires and an oil change for the car so it's ready to go. We're making a really good team right now =)
I've been binging "When Calls The Heart". It's a little cheesy, but cute

mflowers929 please send me some of your motivation!
I read a quick overview of When Calls the Heart and I could maybe get into that. It's now on my list to try. I don't mind cheesy to an extent! It actually sounds somewhat similar to Heart of Dixie, which I watched. It wasn't my favorite show ever, but it was ok to have on while I folded laundry or TCFed. Although, I did try to watch Heartland recently, which is the only other Canadian drama type show I've tried to watch, and I honestly couldn't even get through the first season. The story was way too predictable and the acting was... not super. I mean, if anyone here watched it and loved it, I'm not judging you, it was just not for me.

What I'm doing today? Trying to summon up the energy to clean. I really really need to clean. It's been horrible since I got sick. Unbelievably horrible. But I have no energy since I'm still so sick from the antibiotics that I can't even keep a vegan smoothie down. I'm so freaking hungry.
H and are are binging on all the seasons of Big Bang Theory. I'm just keeping up with the new season of DWTS and Greys, in between episodes coming out I'm rewatching Gilmore Girls and Friends. Unless Moana counts. DS1&2 are obsessed so we watch it a ton.

smores, If only I could figure out where I keep it! Only problem is, I'm realizing that I've forgotten to eat... Apparently my brain can only figure out one or the other...
smores - heartland is filmed in my hometown. Lol. I've never watched it but I used to drive by the set all the time when they were filming.
I started watching Riverdale which has been ok so far. Lot of old heart throbs - Luke perry and Skeet Ulrich playing the dads of your favourite Archie characters is interesting.

I'm not doing much today. I kind of want to go out for dinner, but I don't know which is worse, showering and putting on real clothes, or cooking dinner.
I'm at work. My house needs to be cleaned badly, but between MH working 70 hour work weeks in addition to being OOT more than usual, I don't have any extra energy other than working, taking care of DS and the dog, and getting food on the table! I also just learned we are on our own for dinner again tonight, I'm making homemade chicken nuggets and sweet potato fries. They sound like so much work right now!

We currently are watching Big Brother Canada, Grace and Frankie, Riverdale...omg we are in huge guilty pleasure mode I think lol! We are all caught up on Jane the Virgin and also just finished the new season of Chewing Gum. One of our favourite favourite Netflix shows is The Bridge-it's subtitled but so worth it!
mflowers929 we have a friend coming over to make sushi with us tomorrow! I've never done homemade sushi before, but he does it all the time and knew we wanted to try. Has anyone ever played the game Sushi Go? He recently introduced us to that game too. We are following it up with that. Haha! Sushi night!

tiffbot, before my husband discovered that he actually enjoys sushi, I used to eat it with a friend of ours, and one time we went all out and bought all the ingredients to make sushi. It was fun, plus you get to eat the outcome lol
scoutradley - Big Bang Theory, yes! I forgot that show existed, but I have actually always meant to watch it and never have. It's now on the list! I've watched Gilmore Girls and Friends (both favorites) and do watch Grey's but only through Netflix and I'm all caught up on what they have on there, which is only to season 11 I think. I want to watch Moana with DD, but lately she ONLY wants to watch Peppa Pig, lots and lots of Peppa Pig.
whatsit - The only redeeming aspect of Heartland was how beautiful the scenery is! Riverdale looks like it would up my alley show-wise, but it's only in Season 1 *whomp whomp*. I usually wait until there are like at least 4+ seasons out otherwise I get so sad when I have to wait so long (example: Stranger Things... so sad that I have to wait until October!!!).
@led - Ohhh will add that one to the list! It looks good! Although, it looks like one that DH would want to watch with me, so I'll have to put that on the "DH and I" list for when we get caught up on GOT.
I'm not doing much today. I kind of want to go out for dinner, but I don't know which is worse, showering and putting on real clothes, or cooking dinner.
I vote "real clothes" like leggings and a comfy top/tee. That way you get comfort and you don't have to cook!

Ambitious! Anytime I have to solo parent for even like 2 days, I'm serving microwave nuggets and some sort of microwave steamed veggie. So the fact that you're still cooking real meals... I give a pass on the cleaning
I'm working today. Had a therapist appointment earlier. After work I'm taking care of a couple wedding related things and then doing nothing for the rest of the night except sitting around in my PJs playing games on my phone and watching TV. The rest of the weekend is gonna be crazy busy and I need a night off to "prepare".

Honestly the shower is the part I'm dreading more than the real clothes since all I own is comfy clothes. Lol. I have a heart thing (neurocardiogenic syncope) and the heat from the water often times causes me to pass out. And even when I don't actually pass out it makes me feel gross and dizzy for a while after. So I really hate showering.

In that case I change my answer, I'd have to be really excited about the restaurant, otherwise I vote stay in.

But then I'd have to figure out what to make for dinner and then cook it. DILEMMA!
The only places that delivery here are pizza places, and I'm not much of a fan of pizza, but... Yeah. That's probably what'll happen. Haha
I feel you. I can only get pizza too, well and like 1 Chinese place I think. Which amazes me because do not live in a rural area at all. Door dash goes to like all my surrounding areas, but I'm just outside them. I'm hoping they expand to my area soon!
ETA: and when I say pizza I mean like Dominos, Pizza Hut kind of places. The local, yummier places won't deliver to me either.

Yeah, I live in a weird pocket, too. But I have an ice cream place,a doughnut place, and a sushi place like 3 blocks away, so I deal with it.
Yes mflowers929 send me some motivation! I cleaned my house for Easter but I should wipe down my bathroom. And I'm waiting for DH to come work out with me. Haven't done much today, tomorrow better be more productive.
@led can Blake pick up something yummy on the way home?
Maybe? There's not much that's ok his way that's close enough to not be cold by the time he gets here. He works way on the opposite end of the city.
Buuuuuut I think I'm just going to spot clean with a washcloth and put my hair back because it's really nice out and now I want to walk to the Baskin Robbins for some ice cream. Lol

Good! I feel bad for your shower situation. I'm assuming you don't have a tub.
I take baths, showers are worse because standing up also makes me pass out.

Ok, kitchen is clean, two loads of dishes done, toddler napping! Now I need to work out and shower. Then after that is floors and put away a shit ton of laundry. I'm leaving the bathrooms for MH.
Shows: my husband and I are watching Luther right now. I am binge-watching Nurse Jackie while I am doing cardio (treadmill or elliptical). Other shows I watch are Greys, Nashville, Scandal, HTGAWM and my new fav - This is Us. I am slowly trying to catch up on these shows from my DVR
smores we have Hulu so I'm on the current season of Greys. I'm annoyed though. I'm loving Big Bang Theory! It's a good thing Moana is such a great movie. It's the only way I could put up with watching it so much. I love Tangled too and the new live action Cinderella movie. Thankfully they don't seem to like Frozen (which I can't stand FFFC).
