Tell me about your nap schedules. Are your little ones still taking 2 naps or are you down to one? When did they drop the morning nap? I tried dropping the morning nap but DD still seems to need it so we are back to that. We miss it once in awhile but otherwise she is still firmly in the 2 naps a day camp. I'm really looking forward to when she finally drops it for good!!

We are just now at 1 nap a day. She needs two most days, but can't/won't sleep for the second one, even if she's super tired.
I think transitioning to 1 nap is easiest by pushing the morning nap as late as possible, and skipping the afternoon nap. Then you can adjust with bedtime 30 minutes earlier if needed. Gradually the morning nap (now only nap) will get pushed later and later to end up as one afternoon nap.
Dd1 dropped to 1 nap very early - like 11 months old, but process was the same.
We're down to one nap, but there are days that she really NEEDS 2. There just isn't time on school days. The morning nap would cross the time I need to take S to school. So she gets just the one while he's at school.
I second pushing back the morning nap a bit each week. I think thats what we did around 11-12mo. I was incredibly motivated to get both kids on the same schedule though.
1 nap. At daycare it's from 12-2:30ish at home your guess is as good as mine. She just can't level down a lot of times at home and then she passes out at 2 or 3 and I end up with a cranky evening baby. One good thing is even if she is cranky it doesn't seem to affect her go to bed time. So there's that.

Don't mind me. Just catching up all over the place.
This weekend was the BEST for naps. He took 2.5 hour naps both days. I would get something done and think he's going to wake up and nope so I'd start something else. I got so much done!
We only do 1 nap. We power through the morning until lunch and he goes down after lunch. Snacks are my main weapon against crankiness. If he takes a morning nap, he won't take an afternoon one and then the evenings are unpleasant for everyone.
We are also on one nap a day - usually it's around 90 minutes to two hours, depending on what we're doing. If we're out driving, she'll do a late morning nap but usually it's after lunch.
Last Sunday ... DD did not take any nap at all. That scare the crap out of me! LOL! But now she's back to her normal schedule
My guy is still firmly in the two nap camp - about 90 min each - waking up around 6:30-7 and going to bed around 8-8:30. He's starting preschool 3 mornings a week in June, though, so I think the morning nap is going to have to go.
Ugh. Why do my kids hate sleep so much!!!! DD was way worse (and really still is worse at 3 and dropping all naps).
L is transitioning to one nap, but he's been trying to take it at 10am and then stay up until 8 or 9, which has been such a mess.
I've been trying to keep him up until 12 or 1 or do something around 2:30/3 if he napped early, otherwise he'll sleep for 45 minutes at 5 and be up until 10.
As close as they are together, I thought I'd have at least another year of double naps. ::weeps into her wine::
That's how my dd2 was during the transition phase, too. It's awful. Trying to keep an exhausted baby awake is impossible and horrible, and I cannot deal with my kids staying awake until MY bedtime.
Luckily it only lasted a week or two and now she does fine with her 1 early afternoon nap.
And as far as both kids napping goes... consider yourself lucky! My dd1 (turned 3 last month) dropped all naps right after her 2nd birthday. She also switched to one nap a day around 11 months old, so she just needs less day sleep or something. But ugh. It's been an exhausting year.
