1. How did you do on your goal progress/choices this past week? I think I've gotten a bit lazy with my food choices, but my workout schedule is staying on track!
2. What are your goals for this week? Keep up with my two workouts (my local challenge and I started a BBM 6 week challenge on the Parenting board since we wrapped up the 90 day 6.0 challenge!)
3. Questions/AW/Rants/Thoughts? I need to AW the results of the 90 day challenge! I lost approx 8 pounds, and a collective 10 inches off my chest, belly button, and hips!
4. GTKY: What has gotten easier for you about healthy living over the last four months? Daily workouts! They are just a part of my schedule now. The weather is still a major roller coaster of hormonal Mother Nature emotions, but we've been walking a lot more on nice days which I also like.

2. What are your goals for this week? Get it back together in eating and work hard in my workouts.
3. Questions/AW/Rants/Thoughts? Someone at work said something about my weight loss and that felt really good. H also commented on how much leaner my legs look.
4. GTKY: What has gotten easier for you about healthy living over the last four months? Keeping up with the workouts. I feel crappy if I miss them. When I'm on a roll with good food choices, I keep it up.

1. How did you do on your goal progress/choices this past week? between Passover and Easter travel and trying to wrap things up at work, u have totally fallen off the wagon. 2. What are your goals for this week? get back into it. Resume daily strength training, water intake, and I'm debating about joining my friends for their 4:55am runs since I don't have to leave for work by 6:45 anymore. 3. Questions/AW/Rants/Thoughts? so my gut instinct is that there's something fishy about the Sherri Papani "abduction" but that, coupled with the reported attacks on female runners, and the young woman who was attacked and killed on a nearby trail a few years back make me nervous about running around my neighborhood when I'm home alone. I need to figure out a new running routine for when/where I go. 4. GTKY: What has gotten easier for you about healthy living over the last four months? nothing! I feel like for me it's gotten harder!

I worked out 4 days last week which was pretty good. Ate some junk food but didn't go completely overboard.
2. What are your goals for this week?
H is out of town again for the front half of the week so I am going to be easy on myself and hope to make it up on the later half of the week.
3. Questions/AW/Rants/Thoughts?
I feel more and more fit and less flabby. But that lower tummy fat? I can't tell for sure that I am making any progress so that is annoying. The exercises I am doing are specifically geared to abs but I think that other nearby areas becoming more toned are lessoning the appearance of my abs looking better.
4. GTKY: What has gotten easier for you about healthy living over the last four months?
I am getting stronger and stronger and haven't been having any back problems lately from carrying around LO like I used to.
That's awesome budders!! Yes the lady that hosts the BBM challenges highly suggested the pics, she was like "you're going to hate this part but you will see a difference". It definitely helps because while I've had some weight loss, I feel like it's slow, but with the pics I can actually see what is changing and the muscle building and it helps so much to not count the number on the scale as the main goal.
