ls2012 We did the run around naked tactic and it was about a week before she was virtually accident free. We still diaper for bedtime but weve eliminated the nap diaper. The hardest part was having to put the baby down when she needed to go since the time window is so small. I always felt so guilty just jumping up and putting him in the bouncer mid feed or nap. It really messed his schedule up that week but we're past it now. All this to say there's a light at the end of the tunnel!!

Hey everyone!! I've been gone for the last couple weeks trying to adjust to being back at work. It's been hard. I had a full blown panic attack last week Wednesday in the middle of the day. Hugs to all those going back soon!
Today we're taking N back to our children's hospital so they can check in on his belly button. We think it looks great so hopefully they will too.
I just bought DS1 Thomas the train ride tickets and holy shit they're pricey. But he loves thomas and it's the day before his birthday so I know he'll love it!
allisong87 we did Day Out With Thomas last year! It was kind of neat. And yes, expensive. And there's a huge gift shop tent with more stuff to spend money on! It rained last year, so I hope you have nice weather!
@preppy - Awe sorry you didn't get the job. Did they say why?
Ugh- Day 2 of pumping at work and it's not going well at all. My output is less than what I ended pumping with my singleton. I need to get 24oz and barely have 13oz!!! I'm gonna bring my old PISA tomorrow to see if it's the new Spectra I'm just not responding to. If it's not then BF will quickly have to end...😭.

I went to the grocery store and DS napped the whole time in the wrap. Then I took some clothes for alterations and he smiled and cooed at everyone in the shop while I tried the clothes on. Now I just need to put the groceries away!
loves2shop4shoes- Hugs continued...while that's great you have a strong case it also sucks I'm sure. Did you accept the freelancing job or are you passing on that due to life blowing up right now?

DH has a work thing tonight so I'm solo for bedtime. One kids napping the other is watching Tangled at the moment. Going to wake LO up for his bath to start the bedtime routine in 20ish minutes. Then it'll be DDs turn then my turn for all the wine and a bubble bath.

Ugh, so many virtual hugs to pass out around here. I need to pm you, loves2shop4shoes, and get the scoop.
I'm sorry for everyone heading back to work. Being a SAHM is a mixed blessing for sure... I often wish for a few hours by myself, but I also don't have to go back to work.
I'm terrified to PT DS. That's the honest truth. He knows when he's wet or dry, though, and today took off his diaper for the first time and asked to be changed. I need to bite the freaking bullet and just do it.

My BFF is moving across the country on Friday. Today was supposed to be goodbye, but neither one of us could stand the idea, so we are hanging out one more time on Wednesday. I'm mourning losing her and don't know how I will replace that friendship. Our toddlers are BFFs and our babies are only a few months apart. Our lives have been so similar and it's just. not. fair.

wildflower810 close friends moving away is the worst. The friends I saw yesterday are moving next month. All of my closest friends are old friends and when they move away, I've only been able to replace them with friendly acquaintances and it's not the same.

@jacks605 that sucks about your pumping output
@preppy sorry about the job!
pivot and flyinghorses6, I think I need to do videos at home if I want to do anything. I'm going to check those out!
I have a very painful clogged duct that I can't manage to get out. It doesn't help that I was in and out of the house all day and S was unusually fussy and needy. But now I've just spent 1.5 hours running the shower on my boob, hand expressing, and pumping, and I can't get the thing out. I'm not looking forward to tonight.
I should be sleeping but Lil G is coughing so I'm laying in bed holding him as he sleeps and coughs. Poor guy- @wineandcupcakes- okay since it's likely the cold DH and my mom had or would pedi need to see him? No issues eating and he's sleeping through the coughs.

@preppy sorry about the job, that sucks.
notagoddess I have a few Jillian Michaels dvds. I really like Killer Body. There are 3 different 30 minute work outs, upper body, lower body, and core. And like someone else mentioned (I forget if it was pivot or flying horses), it was really cheap, $9.99 or something similar.

notagoddess, Lindsay Brin has a postpartum workout series that's really good! It's free, last time I checked, and I think you can find the schedule if you google it.
