Most of the time and in general, "okay", if I'm using this phrase specifically (I often use "good" or "alright" for how I feel/how I'm doing and "sounds good" or "cool" as an affirmative). When talking to certain friends, I use the cutesy talk ones like, "Okies", "Okie", "okiedokie", "kaykay", etc.
