I aim for 100 each day. Although my dr recommended getting 1/2 your body weight in ounces. So if I weighed 100 (bahahahaha!) I would drink at least 50 oz a day.
To keep myself accountable, I log my water on my Fitbit app. Also I have milestones I use, such as I must drink 16 oz before I can have my coffee. I must drink 16 more before I go to the gym. I must have all 100 before I can have a glass of wine.

I aim for about 120-150 oz a day. I drink out of a glass 32 oz water bottle and try to go through 4-5 bottles a day. It's a bottle that has a fruit infusion insert so when I get bored with all the water I put some berries, lemon, oranges, whatever in there for added taste.
Also I have milestones I use, such as I must drink 16 oz before I can have my coffee. I must drink 16 more before I go to the gym. I must have all 100 before I can have a glass of wine.
I also struggle with water. I found a bottle were the fruit can go down the middle, or you can remove that piece. I enjoy and will drink it more with the fruit to infuse.
I'm usually good about 64oz plus.... lately it's been a huge struggle.
When I'm really struggling, I buy a 1liter bottle and just keep pouring it in my glass until it's gone. Then I fill it back and start again. Also, I find it easier to quickly drink sparkling, so on days I'm low (read today), I drink sparkling to catch up.
This sounds a bit militant.... but apparently that's how I do it.
No idea. I constantly drink sips/gulps/glasses of water throughout the day. One of the meds I'm on for my diabetes dumps excess sugar into the urine. As a result, I'm constantly using the restroom and drinking water like a fish.
Might not be the worse thing in the world for me to track though. If I can ever remember to.
I am trying to drink more now because of BF - I find that on the days I drink less than 100 my milk supply goes way down. I have a few medications that I take every day, so each time I take a pill I try to drink 2 glasses of water.
