carrots, I know you're a planner. I'm currently trying Gathered Table which is a meal planning service that even makes your grocery list. It's giving me new recipe ideas which is nice. I'm not totally sold on it but it's helping. Also, if you haven't tried the Home Chef meal box thing I can send you a code for $30 off. And it gives me $30 off, too! Or if anyone else ever wants to try Home Chef, lmk.

My easy fast weeknight meal doesn't really exist, or they all are easy and fast. I cook the night before, so weeknights all I'm doing is reheating, which is pretty fast.
We made a meal plan and went shopping this morning but for the life of me I can't remember. DH keeps the list on his phone. I do remember today is hotdogs, tomorrow is left over meat loaf and one night we are having BBQ pork chops.
Last night we had meatloaf and mashed potatoes from our Hello Fresh delivery - I've been having them deliver once or twice a month, and it's always been really good. Tonight is upside down shepherd's pie (so basically shepherd's pie you don't bake so it goes faster) Tomorrow is beef carnitas - www.eatliverun.com/crock-pot-beef-carnitas-tacos/
The rest of the week I don't have super planned yet. Wednesday is supposed to be nice, so I might just buy some sausage or chicken or something to throw on the grill. Thursday I have a roast in the freezer that I may just throw in the crock pot. Friday I'm going to a Cinco de Mayo party with some sorority sisters - we'll be eating allllll the tacos!
Bonus - honestly now that the weather is getting nicer, I'll probably be making a lot of pasta salads the night before, and then just having H BBQ something when we get home. In the winter, I do a lot of crock pot meals that are either just a few ingredients I have to dump in the morning of, or I do prep in batches and then just store them in the freezer until I'm ready to use them.
