I literally just dump frozen fruit (whatever I'm in the mood for), Greek yogurt, milk or juice and blend. My blender sucks so when I've tried adding spinach or kale it ends up gritty and gross.

Lately, I have been doing, 2 scoops of vanilla protein, a dash of cinnamon, a scoop of fiber, a scoop of digestive aid, almond milk, ice and spinach. Or a scoop of chocolate protein, a scoop of vanilla protein, a scoop of greens, a scoop of fiber, a scoop of digestive aid, a cup of coffee, almond milk, ice and spinach. I typically eat breakfast a couple of hours later but this is usually used in the morning to get my system going. If I'm planning to eat it as breakfast, I tend to do a protein shake with ton of fruit and Greek Yogurt in it.

Just FYI, if you're doing it because you're on a low carb diet, you need to be aware of what you're putting in. Smoothies can be very high in carbs. The sugars of the fruit, juice and yogurt all translate to carbs.
I don't measure anything, really: soy milk, water, spinach, banana, and frozen berries or cherries.
I'm not worried about carbs per se (still doing High Carb) but I choose berries because they're lower in sugar than mangoes, pineapple, or tons of bananas and I feel hungrier if I have a lot of fruit in the morning.
