This month I'd love to lose 10lbs so I'm making that my overall goal.
Fitness goal this week: do my work out 5 days. And maybe get a few walks in if weather is nice and I'm feeling better.
Healthy eating goals this week: I will keep trying to incorporate lots of lean/low carb protien into my diet and keep my carbs as low as possible overall.
Today: bake some chicken breast and boil eggs for lunches and breakfasts. I hope to work out tonight since I haven't been, due to my cold. I feel a bit better today. Hopefully by tonight I'll be good to go.
I feel like weekends are sometimes a bigger struggle eating wise. We end up eating out despite having more time.
I've planned lunches and dinners this week. And I'm going to yoga and Zumba with a friend at work. H bought a treadmill so I may put on a video on the tablet and walk in the evening.
- do daily squats, kegels, pelvic rocks - walk in neighborhood at least twice this week after DD is in bed - try a cup of tea if I'm feeling snacky after dinner (before moving on to food)
I'm trying to set mini goals and doing non food rewards when I reach them. I finally got around to doing one tonight. Dying the underside of my hair purple (with semi permanent dye). It doesn't seem very strong but I'll have to see tomorrow when I do my hair the way I usually do.
So apparently I'm way out of shape. I was doing 80+ squats a day pregnant, I could barely do 15 last night. But that's what this is all about anyway, working on getting better.

Yeah, I was in way better shape when I was pregnant. I looked at a 30 day squat challenge and I'm not sure I'd be able to do Day 1.
Now that C is 6 months he can go to childcare at the local rec center. I am in the process of trying to do a one month membership (the dang site is causing me trouble) so I hope to make a commitment to get my butt there 3 times a week this month.

My eating has slacked this weekend also. We didn't eat meals I planned and ate lousy instead. But I've been doing squats and lunges though and trying to move more.
