Stringy my DH is the same way, not super spendy but hates the thought of analyzing and budgeting.
I downloaded Dave Ramsay's every dollar app on both our phones at the end of March and loaded a rough sketch of a budget on it. I put it to DH as mostly a spending tracker and he's actually been using it as that. I figure after another month of taking our spending it will be easier to sit down and put together a real budget.

But then we almost never go to target or walmart or do any real life shopping - so I don't really know much that will end up being cut there.

You Need A Budget allows you to split purchases and put charges to any category.
You could put them into things like grocery, household, gifts, and misc to track what you buy on amazon.
