Ok. So I met with a nutritionist today, along with my trainer. We have a new plan for the next 6 weeks, and will see what happens.
1) quit worrying so much about numbers 2) get back to eating whole, natural foods (kind of a paleo/primal type diet, minimally processed foods only) 3) cut back a little on cardio, and add in interval training twice a week (when my hip is ready) 4) keep up yoga and Pilates, strengthen core, hips, glutes, to try to help with my hip issue (still undiagnosed) 5) stop weighing myself
I'm partially terrified to not track everything religiously. But I'm also partially thrilled at the idea of this not being such a strict diet and exercise regiment. More just a manageable lifestyle. Wish me luck.
