nuggetrn, in a nutshell, before starting DHEA my levels were in the 200s. They're supposed to be in the 400-600s. Started the typical dose, spiked to 800. Cut that down, spiked off the charts (like, my results literally say >1500). Cut that waay down, got to about 600. It's taken a while, but my team has been great and I'm glad to see how closely they're watching stuff like this.
So I happened to be at CD1 at our IVF appointment yesterday, so the nurse said we could start this cycle. Yay and yikes! Picked up my prescription for BCP, but I'm not actually cleared to start it yet because my HcG this morning was 8.8 and it has to be under 5. Because nothing about my blood can be easy. So, another draw tomorrow and we'll go from there.
