We took a nap together too in our bed. The dictator slept like in between my boobs the whole time and soaked my shirt with his sweat/drool. Maybe I'm not doing the bed sharing thing right lol. I'll pull him into bed with me every so often.
We bed share all the time but I never said I wouldn't. I actually prefer it, even though I'm nervous and terrified of the risks.
I said no pacifier and we've actually stuck to that but only because his latch is horrendous and the LC said to not introduce a pacifier until he can latch well.
My other one is more of a toddler thing and I've said it here before - never will I ever leash my kid.
I have to admit, I'm so happy to hear all these momma's are bed sharing. I didn't want to and he slept fine by himself in the NICU, but something changed when we got home.
I know, I'm so surprised that so many of us ended up doing it. Especially since the pediatrician asks us like 3 times a visit about her sleeping on her back in her own bed and we're like yep! I'm guessing our doc isn't the only one. But I'd like to know how these magician doctora get their own babies to sleep in their beds!
My ped told us the RNP wasn't safe. I smiled and nodded.

My sister in law said her doc admitted to using both a swing and car seat for her babies to sleep in for several months. I'm like uh oh if the car seat is in play, I might actually get sleep! DD loves it. But I'm not sure I'm ready to strap my kid in that late at night.
