I thought about temping again but figured it probably wasn't worth it since I'm still breastfeeding. I'm pretty sure I'm ovulating, though! So H is happy about that.
I got a positive monitor and opk two days ago so we will see! It was cd 31. I had stopped testing and temping and sex for a week because I gave up on ovulating this month then noticed a lot of ewcm and sure enough. Had sex the day of the positive and day after and will today but who knows if it was early enough.
No temp shift yet but I have been awful about testing on time and my chart is messy so I'm not sure it's reliable.
I'm down to two nursing sessions. Debating whether to wean fully or let it go longer. DH won't seek treatment until I have fully weaned and TTC for 4-6 months because that's what the OB recommended and he is such a black and white thinker. I think I probably should bite the bullet and wean so I can get treatment sooner even though I don't thinking nursing is messing with my cycle anymore.

Ugh that is so frustrating! I would go directly to the RE instead of the OB. You guys have a prior history of infertility so no need to start from scratch. Nursing that little may not be having any impact.
luvbostonkatelm I have to start at OB for insurance (have to get a referral) and DH wants to start there and try to be a "normal" pregnant person for a few months since DD was a surprise.

Martinis&Medicine, yay for ovulation!!! woot woot westiemom, hugs if you have to wean. It was so hard for me, harder than I thought it would but also gotta do what you need to do to move on. My hubby is also black/white thinker, engineer lol I would also get referral asap and or have your OB repeat some labs to see where your body stands this year.
Sorry for really late reply, I am on a trip sitting in lecture 8a-6p, after dinner, I'm exhausted and of course CD1 started when on this trip out of town. Going to get labs at quest on way out.

Your hubby and mine should hang out! I don't plan to do treatments with my OB. I mainly just want blood work done.

Day 2 of my first postpartum AF. W is 12m1w old. Still comfort BFing twice daily. I have an appt with my RE on Friday for baseline blood work and ultrasound. If everything looks good, I will start depot Lupron for 2-3 months before we start the FET protocol. I guess, depot Lupron is part of my FET protocol, but I don't think I've connected that because it's soooooo flipping long. Anyway, most likely we are looking at an August or September FET.

We might be transferring around same time if all my crap works out!
AFM, so I decided to go with our local version of RMA. I got blood work done this morning and an ultrasound. My follicle count is looking great and all labs came back normal. I am not sure if they drew an AMH, I need to ask. I'll ask next week when I return to get my scope on Wed. I talked with them and financial person familiar with my insurance plan and going to try the estrogen priming plus microflare lupron. It's a gamble but they all agree I can cancel at any time if looks like I am not stimming well. The nurse says this is their step up (more aggressive protocol) for DOR. She said they use antagonist protocol way more (so it is not their go to protocol). Because of the genetic testing, they wanted to put me on birth control because the lab only takes samples on certain days. I said "I thought we weren't doing birth control!" So now they want me to start 200mg of prometrium daily instead for about 13 days then will start protocol. What do you guys think of this? Women's health is not my expertise. I'm on cycle day 3 right now.
Oh and forgot to mention, since my RPL was elevated last time (asked them to repeat) and also having them test me for MHTHR (pretty sure not done before). Crossing all the bases.

Ugh i think I'm getting my first pp period soon at 9.5m pp, I'm so irritable, moody and crampy lately. Although technically it may be my second pp period, my first was 6 months ago so I really don't know wtf. I think bf has made my body confused.
How many frosties do you have and will you be able to continue comfort nursing during lupron? We are hoping to do a transfer possibly in Sept as well

We have two male frosties left. Not super great quality, but we are still only transferring one.
My RE said nursing on Lupron is fine..... he said most likely, i will stop producing milk because of the effect Lupron has on the pituitary and thus prolactin.
My ute was looking so good though (better than it has since beginning this journey in 2012) that my RE said we only need to do 2 months of Lupron, and then transfer late July. Wasn't mentally prepared for that, so I'm freaking out a little!
