So, before joining the gym I only washed my hair 3x a week. Should I just use dry shampoo? When I do cardio, I am basically soaked though. Maybe I will just plan cardio around washing my hair? Lol

Guys guys guys! I stepped on the scale and I think it's safe to say I am past my plateau! I was hanging out between 162-164 for a month, today 160.2!!! I am so close to the 150's!! The scale has been consistently going down the last few days. Last Monday, I looked through my fitness pal and noticed my protein was a lot lower than carbs and fat. This was partially due to giving up dairy. For the last week I've increased it and I went from 163.4 to 160.2! The last two days I've increased my calories from about 1600 to 1800/1900. This is crazy. AND AF started yesterday.
