Pressure Points and Nausea

Hi ladies! I am desperate for relief and have been trying some of these out and noticed that they actually help!!! Thought I'd spread the wealth. If you have done them before or are just trying them now throw some feedback my way on what worked and what didn't.

Thank you for this. I haven't had any actual vomiting this pregnancy but some days my nauseousness is all day long. I've tried the point between the thumb and pointer finger for headaches before but never nausea.

Me too! And it usually works for headaches for me. So crazy.

I'll be trying some of these at my desk today because this nausea just won't stop. Normally, it subsides if I eat/drink something. Not today... I think I might give up and go home.

I almost went home today too...I powered thru, but it was rough. Gonna definitely try these out.

Thanks for this! I went to acupuncture last week to address my nausea and the practitioner discussed a couple of these same areas.

I managed to stay too, but took an hour and half nap when I got home. It was super rough!

I have been going to bed at 830pm because A: Tired but B: Can't fucking handle the nausea for one more second. BUT last night I was in bed using some of those pressure points and I made it an hour talking to my H! I feel like I haven't talked to him in weeks because I just want to die. I'll call it a win.
