Thank you all for the responses. I did talk to a close friend along with DH about it today. Ironically enough, I receive a daily email from pare.nts.com and the article was about postpartum anxiety and how common it is.
DH worked from home this afternoon so I could get some rest and I'm going to start taking melatonin again which worked well in the past. Both he and my friend told me I expect too much from myself and that I feel like I should have this whole parenting thing down already. My friend is also going to come once a week for a couple of hours so I can go run errands by myself and get some me time. I'm also going to get back into coloring before bedtime to relax. If this doesn't work after a bit I will consider talking to a professional.
Late as always. Had PT again today and I feel it's always an off day after the running around. Things are progressing well with the tightness so I'm hoping we will get somewhere with this.
