I've been on the Zoloft now for a week. I haven't really seen any changes yet. I am stuck on trying to figure out how to track things. I was writing in my journal nightly but it took at least a 1/2 hour if not longer to write my triggers because I was being very detailed about it. I stopped and haven't found a way to replace it yet. My new doctor told me it could take 4 weeks to see a change, but if things don't get a little better the Zoloft might not be the right medicine for me either. I am worried about playing musical chairs with medicine. I am going to a group therapy session with my therapist on the weeks I don't have one on one sessions with her. I really like everything she is doing and asked her permission to share it on my blog. I finally figured out I want one of the main focuses to be health and wellness/self care.
