How are you feeling? Ugh, still having that horrible right side back/butt/everything pain. I'm sleeping like shit from it and in agony hobbling around. I feel huge too, god its going to be a long 3 months, lol
Vents/Questions/Concerns: All my complaints are above
Qotw: What is your favorite season and why? Summer, love the beach and warm weather. Probably not as much this year since I will not be feeling so great
What is baby's size? A camping lantern, or a bunch of bananas
Any appointments this week? Monthly check next Monday which will include a scan to see if my placenta previa has resolved itself
How are you feeling? Large, lol
Vents/Questions/Concerns: I get winded so easily now, which is super annoying. My feet are also starting to swell a little by the end of the day. I'm hoping I don't blow up like I did with DS
Qotw: What is your favorite season and why? Fall, hands down. The weather is nice, the leaves are gorgeous, pumpkin everything :-)

How far along are you? 26 weeks today. Can't believe I'm almost to 3rd tri!!
What is baby's size? The size of a Double Gulp cup from 7Eleven
Any appointments this week? Nope.
How are you feeling? I had a headache yesterday and my daughter was up a lot the night before last. So, I'm freaking tired! I just want to go back to my bed and sleep another 3 hours at least. On a good note, my hubby got me a new Chi flat iron so my hair looks pretty damn good today, if I do say so myself.
Vents/Questions/Concerns: I've been getting a lot of pain when I bend down or over. Also, BH are making themselves more and more present, which scares me a bit because I never had them the first time around. I just hope it's not a sign of little man coming early. I'm so not ready!
Qotw: What is your favorite season and why? I'd have to say the fall, especially in Central Texas. The temperature is nice, the humidity is gone for the most part, beautiful sunsets, and all sorts of festivals are going on.
Any appointments this week? Nope, my next appointments are early next week (follow up A/S and MFM appointment on Tuesday)
How are you feeling? Mostly doing okay, though my energy reserve is really low (partly due to my heart issues) and not being able to sleep easily throughout the night isn't helping hah. Experiencing the usual 2nd trim pregnancy symptoms but nothing I can't handle.
Vents/Questions/Concerns: I wish baby girl was a bit more consistent in her movement. Some days she's really active and I feel lots of movement, then there's days where I hardly feel her at all. Those days anxiety tries to get the better of me but I try to keep my head up and not go down that rabbit hole.
Qotw: What is your favorite season and why? Ever season has it's things I really love but I think Spring and Autumn are my favorites.
How are you feeling? Ok. Have some acid reflux after meals and sciatica pain at night when I sleep in one position for too long. Otherwise, I feel fine.
Vents/Questions/Concerns: I need DH to clean off ONE DAMN SHELF in the office so I can put my photo books on it and he hasn't done it. I cleaned out the entire closet, vanity, and dresser in the baby's room and he hasn't done 1 shelf. It's driving me crazy.
I did sign us up for breastfeeding class and birthing classes at our hospital but I haven't heard back from them.
Any appointments this week? Nope, not until the first week of June.
How are you feeling? Tired. I have such a hard time sleeping. I finally ordered a pregnancy body pillow that is supposed to arrive tomorrow, I so hope that helps!
Vents/Questions/Concerns: I just feel like we have so much to do to get ready and not that much time to do it. It's kind of stressing me out.
Qotw: What is your favorite season and why? Summer. I just hate being cold.
Any appointments this week? nope, apparently I have one next week, which I didn't realize until yesterday. good thing i checked my calendar!!
How are you feeling? decent, for the most part. still some low back/hip pain, but i just accept it as part of life right now... working on not eating as much at once so I don't feel so stuffy and like food is lodged in my throat right after i eat..
Vents/Questions/Concerns: Eh, nothing too much. I am tired of only being seen as a pregnant person. Very few people in my life talk to me about anything else or ask me about anything else and it's really grating on me. Yes, my baby is important to me, but I am still ME! DH doesn't get asked solely about the baby - it's not fair, ugh!
Qotw: What is your favorite season and why? late spring / early summer - I like to be warm in flip flops and t shirts. shorts or jeans, but warm sunny weather makes me happiest
Any appointments this week? See the OB on Fri, and am scheduled for the glucose test too.
How are you feeling? My whole pelvic region is constantly sore, and baby is resting really low across the bottom of my belly. I had BH contractions yesterday randomly too.
Vents/Questions/Concerns: N/A
Qotw: What is your favorite season and why? I like spring and fall, not too hot and not too cold.

This annoys me too. My answer to the constant "how are you feeling?" question is "just pregnant". But maybe I should start talking in horrifying detail to discourage people from asking...
addymac I'm totally with you on the frustrations of only being seen as a pregnant person. I love my babies and feel very blessed to be having them, but I am much much more.
Start a thread, I'd love to get to know everyone better beyond what's going on in our uteri.
Any appointments this week? Friday for growth check
How are you feeling? Friday night had a pain pain in my lower left abdomen. I couldn't even walk. Called ob and they said it's probably baby's position. That was not fun. Feeling better physically and not as exhausted though.
Emotionally ugh. I'll spare the details but I'm not doing great.
Vents/Questions/Concerns: I've been monitoring my blood sugar to check for GB, I think it's going fine.
Qotw: What is your favorite season and why? Fall. Love boots, leaves changing color, pumpkin everything!
Any appointments this week? Ugh the 3 hour glucose test tomorrow morning! I failed my 1 hour again by 2 points.
How are you feeling? Not too bad! Tired from time to time.
Vents/Questions/Concerns: not looking forward to the 3 hour test tomorrow. I just hate sitting around. I am not to worried about failing as this is the same thing that happened last time. I am also bummed that I need to change midwives! My current midwife is moving due to her daughter la asthma. I feel bad and totally get it, but I am definitely not happy! She delivered my first and she is great! So in June I'll meet my new midwife.
Qotw: What is your favorite season and why? Probably summer! I love warm weather and don't mind the crazy heat and humidity. I love the beach, boardwalk and going out on our boat! I am sure this summer I will be singing a different too. Right now it is over 90 and I can tell my body is hating it!

Until you guys have had enough, here are more pics from today's appointment Baby girl loves to smush her face into my uterus, but baby boy loves 3D photos.
But I'm borderline anemic. I just ate two burgers to see if it would help
Yay for passing!!! Boo to the anemia, I'll be curious to see if I am or just dead tired for no reason except pregnancy lol
That was the reason why I thought my levels were low. I had zero energy and couldn't stay awake. DH was convinced that wasn't the case (he's a physician) but haha jokes on him.
happyfeet9 I'm not sure if you've had low iron before, but it's extremely difficult to bring your stores up. It's ridiculous how much iron rich foods you have to eat to get to just the 15mg a day, let alone 30mg when pregnant. You might want to add an iron supplement to your prenatal, if the prenatal is not enough. Good luck increasing it!

I haven't, but I can see how that would be the case. I did buy iron supplements yesterday along with fiber gummies because constipation is already no joke, so I'll include those as well.
