Am I the only one that leaves laundry in the dryer until I'm ready to fold? I mean, it may stay there for a few days but it's not going anywhere till it's folded. Otherwise the pile would become a giant cat bed and I would have to rewash everything!
I don't do that because we do several loads. The last load usually does stay in the dryer though.

I feel like I always have a load in the washer, one in the dryer and at least one basket clean. Sometimes apparently it's 7 baskets clean haha

We put in a basket and take upstairs since it's H's thing to fold. If I do fold clothes I fold them straight out of the dryer and have A drag to the steps for H to take up. Lately H has been slacking on putting clothes away etc. We sometimes have a good system lol
My OCD prevents me from allowing anyone to fold my clothes. Things must be folded a certain way. I have been known to refold an entire load when H tries to help.

+1 I would rather leave things in baskets until I get to them than let H fold / hang the laundry. When he washes he typically does fold / hang, then when I work on the next load, I have to redo everything I come across in the drawers because it's not the way I like it.

I feel ya! I swear I can feel my heart start to race when I see the jumbled mess of "folded" things from H. Stick with the dishes, DH, stick with the dishes. 😂
Good, but it's been a busy day and last night was basically a repeat of the night before, constantly up feeding or changing poops from 11p-4a. Finally got a couple hours of sleep after that. About to take a nap.

Yup- it goes on top of the dryer and in the dryer. You fold it before another load goes in.

You know I used to judge people during my babysitting days that had piles of clean clothes on an extra bed lol know I'm like -- atleast the clothes are clean. Why is there ALWAYS SO MUCH DAMN laundry. I afraid how much we will have with an extra baby.
DH and I battle over where the clean unfolded laundry should go. I fold laundry in front of the TV. So I'm like put it in the living room and I'll fold it. But he likes to fold on a bed, so he keeps bringing laundry up to our room. Which is fine if he's going to fold it, but he doesn't and then we end up with baskets and baskets in our bedroom that get in the way and I don't know if what's clean or dirty. It pisses me off when I realize this basket that I've been looking at and walking around for a week is actually clean (and now wrinkled) and I could have folded it a week ago if he just put it in the living room.
I usually fold the laundry on the bed, but we have a TV in our room, so it's typically on. Best of both worlds.

Speaking of laundry, the only time that H puts his clothes away is the day before or the morning of the day that our cleaning service comes. On all other days his clothes are in folded piles on the floor. I can't complain too much becaus he does 90% of the laundry and folding (but I've been on a big laundry kick lately and doing it more).
