Accomplishments/successes from last week: I've exercised twice in a row now when my H has been at work late. I bring the girls down to the basement and they play (a lot of their toys are down there). It's a bit harder when I have to referee their fighting or whatnot. And I hit my mini weight goal!! So I'm going to get a non food reward for myself!
Goals/plans for this week: I've been getting kind of bored with what I've been eating so I'm going to try to find new meals/foods. And hopefully keep my weight from fluctuating and keep it going down.
Rants/raves: my H said he noticed a difference in my body the other night! That really helps me.
Fun QOTD: I can always rewatch Dawson's Creek, Roswell, and Buffy. I am currently watching the O.C. (just finished season two). I used to watch it when it aired but lost track of it during college, around this point in the series. They are just comforting to me. Brings me back! I need a suggestion for a new show to watch after the O.C.! I watch when I work out.
Accomplishments/successes from last week: I made it to the class Monday! And I still can't walk down the stairs normally ;P
Goals/plans for this week: I hoped to go today but between an awful night, the weather and needing to pack I don't see it happening. Hopefully I can squeeze in something next week between trips

Accomplishments/successes from last week: went on a few walks with DD, ran while holding her for like 2 blocks at her request. lol. i feel like i've been eating pretty well overall, though i could stand to cut back on the sweets... haven't been great about doing my birth prep exercises - i give myself a B- on those.
Goals/plans for this week: walking, birth exercises, maybe try to have a cup of tea when my sweet tooth calls at night.
Rants/raves: i am feeling very large. i really don't like being weighed at the dr office so often - it's always higher than at home between clothes/water/breakfast/coffee and it's stressful.

Made yoga once and spin/strength once this week. Next week trying for spin and 2 yoga classes Rants/raves: I'm down 3lbs in 3 weeks. While it's a healthy weight loss rate, it's frustratingly slow

Goals/plans for this week: yoga studio is doing an Instagram challenge for 2 weeks, so goal is to do at least the pose and sun salutations every day. Kickoff workshop is today.

FFSC- I started Gilmore girls when G was a newborn and I'm finally in season 7. I don't understand why people love this show, and I would rewatch it.
