Tell me what age did you take your kiddo to eye doc ... I wasn't planning on that for a while ...
Do you have reason to think she can't see well? I never went to the eye doctor until I started having migraines in 6th grade. I have no plans to take DS unless we suspect an issue. Although maybe we should since both me and DH had glasses.

Haha I think I told you on Friday, but he was 6 months and he goes every 6 months because his vision isn't developing properly. I would have never known if I didn't take him.
The meeting went well! I'm excited to partner with her because we have opposite issues. I have tons of diapers and need help getting the word out to families. She has tons of organizations that want diapers and not enough diapers.

We started within the week of his birth, but he had a diagnosis. We followed up every six months until he was two and were discharged. At that time we were told unless we suspect something, no need to go back at all.

No I think her sight is fine, didn't think about it until a family member asked, we both have horrible eye sight a few of her cousins are wearing glasses now. I think I'll stay the course until I feel something is wrong.

mominthemaking14 The pedi checked M's eyes at his 3yr well visit. They had him look into a viewmaster looking thing and instantly knew what his vision. H has terrible vision and has worn strong prescription glasses since he was 5 (his contacts now are like a 9 or 10), and I only needed a slight correction within the last 5 years. M's vision was perfect though.

My pedi did a vision check at like 12 months and 3 years with the view finder. He was normal. But I've also heard you need to get them into the eye doc early because that doesn't find all the issues. But idk. I haven't taken him.
Just got done at the doctor. Baby doesn't seem to be bothered by the contractions. She suspects a bacterial infection is causing them. Got a prescription and it should help by tomorrow.

Hi! I'm way late to the party today! We had company this weekend so I've been cleaning today. Also, trying to recover from my hellion of a toddler. She has been super difficult as of late.

Is it just her adjusting to the baby? I hope she calms down for you.

I feel like it takes forever just to recover from vacation, much less guests right after.

H had to go back to work right after dinner. He also had to work all weekend, so I was squeezing work in early in the AM and late at night. Our work schedules are killing me right now. O has also been crying all night that he misses DCP. Tomorrow's their last day. It's going to be a rough end of the week.

I'm sorry. That's tough. Bub had a really hard time changing daycares. I thought he would adjust easily because the routine seemed really similar between the two centers, but he still sometimes says he wants to go to his old school and it's been 3 months. Last week he told me "we will ask Ms Lisa" about something. Ms Lisa is the old DC director. It kind of breaks my heart to know he misses her.

That's rough. The first couple months with new baby and crazy toddler were really hard for me. At 5 months, we are finally starting to get in a groove Hope it gets better soon. Do you have the big in dc? I'm not sure I would have survived with both at home all the time.
I thought of you when I saw that one! I ended up donating an old chicco SSC. It was fairly compact but I boxed it up and sent through UPS at work. Is it going to be hard to part with the ergo or just hard to box it up??

Hard to part with it. It was just a hand me down, but it's the only one I've used consistently for this long. Changed my mind on which one to order, though. My friend said the nautical one doesn't have the lumbar support. www.lillebaby.com/sale/complete-airflow-caribbean-sea.html

Aww, that's sweet but sad. I'm sure once he gets into the new routine with grandma he will love it. What does E think of the change?
