Spaghetti and frozen meatballs Breakfast for dinner - scrambled eggs, pancakes or waffles -grilled cheese and tomato soup -PB&J or turkey sandwiches, fruit and sweet potato fries -salad with already grilled chicken from the store
Couple quicker recipes I like are one pan dishes using bone in split chicken breasts. No time spent trimming the chicken and you get more meat for the price than the separate breasts. I'll put it in a brine for a few hours and stick it on top of sweet potato and kale or carrots and regular potatoes. Doesn't take long to cut up those veggies. I might throw some spices on them. I don't serve anything else with it. It's a protein, veggie and carb. Done and done.

sstwinklinglites I get some good, easy options from Sam's and Costco. A rotisserie chicken from there is the best, it's $5 and I can do several meals with it. I also get these frozen quiche, Montgomery inn pulled pork, and sometimes they have these really tasty prepared salads. I'm planning to go to sams on Friday after work if you want to meet up to get anything, I don't remember if you have a membership. Or lmk if you want some specific I can pick it up for you.

sstwinklinglites- one pot meals are my quick go-to Last night I did rotini, sliced smoked sausage, frozen veggies, and cheese mixed in.
You can do baked potatoes with different toppings. Cincy chili with cheese, pulled meat, veggies/cheese, etc. Do you have a grill? Throw on your protein and veggies.

Oh this reminded me that sams has the skyline chili spaghetti in the frozen section. I just buy cheese and then we have chili 3 ways for days, super easy to just microwave and done.
vlagroupie I have an instant pot- it's amazing how quickly you can make things. It's really good for one pot meals. It is intimidating to use, so far I haven't attempted it without H home to help me make sure I'm not going to blow up the kitchen
