Hi there. I hope you all ladies are doing great. Well, just met a friend a week ago. She was having her procedure considered abroad in Ukraine. She contacted Lotus clinic. You people must have heard of it. She got everything done; payment and confirmed case. Two days back they called and cancelled it. They told that they will only refund 60% of her fee. It was on them. I can't even believe them. They cancelled it. They said it was due some errors. They were accepted it. Anyway! It was a whole devastated part for her. So, yeah! I've advised her to stay calm and now I'll take her case with my center in Kiev. Where I am having my procedure. This was just so ridiculous to me. How can they do that? Such a SCAM!

Sorry! I understand how it happened. I've heard of Lotus and it's policies. They are really unfair. I understand. If you had ask other people, no one had suggested her. Anyway! I hope she may find a better place now. However you center helps. Yes! Still, there are known and reputable centers in Ukraine. Help her out

It is unbelievable how the fertility clinics could be this insistence about a situation. It is due to this reason I almost told everyone on this forum to be extremely careful. It is really important to research the clinic you visit. Always, read the reviews about them. After this make sure to see if the clinic has experienced doctors. Look at the success rate of the clinic as well. These things matter a lot and shouldn't be neglected. Secondly, make sure that you look at how effectively they are communicating. It was on the basis of these terms I decided to visit my clinic. My experience is going amazingly due to this reason. I hope she has a good time at this clinic as well. It is very nice of you to have guided her the right way.

This is awful news! How can they do this? How are they still in business? They clearly don't know how to run a service related business. It makes me angry! They are taking advantage of poor women. And, we cannot let this happen! Thank you for raising awareness about this. Keep it up!

This sounds awful. I'm sorry this happened.ths is why I did a lot of research before applying for surrogacy at my clinic. They turned out to be one of the best. They dealt with my situation with such efficiency. I'm glad they didn't my time or money. They helped me get the greatest gift of life. I hope things work out for your friend.

That is honestly awful. She didn't deserve such treatment. Thank god this never happened to me. I had my son through surrogacy a year ago. I was new to everything. But I'm glad I came across a great clinic. I didn't get a single chance of disappointment. I'm a mom to a one-year-old now.

It's important to choose wisely. It could be really risky and everybody wants to avoid that. Good luck to you and your friend.

Just make sure to learn from the experience. Dont lose hope! It is very important to research the clinic before visiting them. Therefore, for next time research about the clinic. It is very important to ensure that they are operating at a high success rate. It is also very important that the doctors are experienced. All of these things really matter. Look at the services and the programs they are offering as well. Research them on their blog and website. Learn as much as you can.

Thank you for letting us know. I think its very important to spread such awareness. When opting for a new clinic people often make one mistake. That is that they hurry things up. I always tell all my friends that take your time. It is very important to make sure that the clinic you decide to opt for has certain good qualities. The most important out of them is the communication service itself. Now the clinic I have decided to opt for has good communication one of the reasons why I decided to get in contact with them. Apart from that doctors are experienced which matters a lot as well. When I contacted them and they replied quickly and were welcoming I automatically started liking them.
