Hey,
My son loves mountain biking very much. He looks so cool while biking. Last month he got injured while biking. He said the bicycle is having defective brakes. His upper arm got severely injured and he is on bed rest since last month. I am so worried about his condition.
Doctors suggested for a surgery to cure him of this condition completely. I am in need of money. So can I go for compensation regarding this biking accident case seeking insurance claim from the manufacturer? Please do share your experience.
