I could use a redo as well lilyelayne. I'm regreting coming in to work, I should have just WFH instead. My coworker is hot and cold today, and I don't want to deal. At least I'm leaving early to meet the delivery people for the new washer.
Plus I didn't finish the costumes last night cause I got engrossed in the movie I put on as background...oops.
S lost TOTing privileges tonight. I can't stop crying. It frickin sucks. I made her damn costume and she won't get to wear it, she has been so excited too, C likely won't TOT without sister there my shy boy, and lot less fun for both H and I. But she keeps unbuckling her car seat if she is upset, she was warned, I tried so hard to keep her positive but nope.

Oh aggiebug big hugs. We were breaths away from losing TOT too, and it brought all of us to tears. You’ve got to keep S safe. I hate she’s choosing such a dangerous outlet for her frustration. I hope this makes a difference.
Oh my gosh everyone I'm so sorry. I hope your day improves!
aggiebug Poor S! But that's very dangerous. Could you have her earn ToTing back with positive behavior? Or say...earn one house per good or expected behavior? It'd be a shame to waste the costume you worked on.
N has off today so we are just getting ready for this afternoon. I am cleaning the house and getting the candy table ready near the door. I also make a tally sheet each year to see how many ToTers we get. My parents and sister are coming over (they hand out candy while we're out ToTing) and I'm making our traditional Halloween diner: sloppy joes, tater tots, and hot apple cider (bourbon optional).
dreemkin I don't think I can. This has become a big issue and with her tantrums I think it's going to be a bigger problem if I don't take a big stand. I do think I will allow her to wear her costume and help pass out candy if she behaves. Maybe find a treat tomorrow but no TOTing today is gone.
Thankfully the day she peed at the local store and lost ice cream since we had to go home taught her a big lesson so I am hopeful this can be a big lesson too. Of course ice cream can happen any day Halloween is once a year, a little tougher to swallow as the grown up.
