Home today and trying to stay motivated. I need to make it to the gym today. Also I need to put together our Christmas list so we can start shopping. Yes, we are those procrastinated.
lilyelayne I'm so tired by Christmas eve that this may be entirely possible kartish you can do it! aggiebug woah, a metal should be awarded!
I got both off to their respective schools and went to the gym. It was busy, and now my lower back hurts baaahhh. I wrote my Christmas card letter today and will be starting to address some envelopes soon.
This week is so busy, and J is in 6 mo growth spurt / separation anxiety so he’s basically touching me at all times. FX he does well at bible study today.
Back is much better after I did some stretches! H WFH today so I was able to run some errands sans A. I also did some gift wrapping, and envelope addressing. Now I have to think of something for dinner. Ha!
Made it to the gym yesterday! But still no Christmas list.
Had lunch with my mom today, it was snowing a ton but the roads weren't that bad. Right now we are going to put together and decorate the gingerbread volcano that my mom got the boys, complete with dinosaurs and villagers.
Got birthday and holiday goodie bags done today along with Christmas meal planning and more wrapping. H got sent home from work because of that national bomb threat email. I'm happy he's safe; that's really scary. I threw together a cheesy chicken casserole for dinner. Hope it turns out alright. I have to hide using onion in things now because N won't eat it. So grated onion it is! And lots of brocolli! Yum!
G is requiring so much emotional energy right now, and J is doing growth spurt + onset of separation anxiety, so he’s only sleeping 1-2 hours in his bed before waking & insisting on contact sleeping. Luckily he’ll bedshare so I can sleep while he snuggles & nurses, but I am touched out & wrung out.
Christmas party for Gabe’s class tomorrow morning! Parents are invited!
lilyelayne I'm sorry for G and J wearing you thin. I think the holidays are tough on little ones too. I find my girls not concentrating lately. I hope J overcomes his separation anxiety. I would be so annoyed with that but it sounds like it works for you.
