Today I needed out of the house. I had a pretty good coupon to use at the container store so I got a new jewelry tray for my stackers box. Then I was close to my parents house so we met up for lunch! Now I need to start household things but I'm sitting on the couch rearranging my pandora jewelry, oopsie! I'm so glad it's Friday! These weeks around the holidays are tiring!
The plan is to make Christmas cookies tomorrow. Not sure if I have all the ingredients though so we may need to go shopping first ugh! But I bought a rolling pin this summer that has the silicone rings to make the dough even for cookie cutters and baking and these things make me excited...
Hello! Well we had grand plans for the weekend but we also need to clean the house and we all seem to be ready to chill ago we might just stay home instead. That bring said I am pretty sure kids will drive me nuts if we actually start home tomorrow. At least need to run some errands!
Can't wake up today, I'm seriously dragging. I've been trying to avoid coffee lately but I may need to make a pot today. I've got an interview at 3 and then I need to leave work right after to head to a wedding.
Also, thanks dreemkin, I'm now listening to Josh Griban radio on my phone.

Busy day. Last farmer’s market til the spring, and they had a donation table so we did double the shopping. Then a birthday party for one of G’s classmates- got along swimmingly with all the parents. Shopping & dinner afterward.
Bedtime is a doozy here these days. I think some of the fighting is just habit now. Tried something new tonight and it was a bust. Ho hum, back to the drawing board.
We made cookies yesterday! It was so fun, my new rolling pin was amazing! I made a "healthy" batch for me with almond flour and sugar substitute. Then got lazy and used the same stuff while decorating them so I guess they turned out not as healthy as I'd hoped.
While my dough chilled, we went out to eat to B.D.'s Mongolian grill. Sooo good, but the girls really only ate from the salad bar. They are usually pretty adventurous but this was not their idea of fun. Now we know! Then at night we watched Olaf's Frozen Adventure and at the end of the bluray there are a few old cartoons. Anna was busting a gut laughing so hard at the Goofy one about how to ski, which I used to watch as a kid on VHS. It reminded me of how my dad used to do that classic Goofy holler. By the way I am amazed at how old some of those cartoon were (1930) and how they hold up to today's kids!
The wedding was lots of fun, the venue was this old west outdoor museum, so the reception was in a barn. Gorgeous location and bride and groom were so cute.
