Please suggest with the best document management system

Hi all,
I'm a supplier of kitchen equipment and machinery like ovens, fryers, coolers, freezers, etc. I have been using paper invoice and receipts since I started my business. Nowadays, most of the people now prefer digital receipts. So I'm planning to transform the system.
I want to have digital invoices and receipts. And would like to convert all the existing documents into digital files.
I wish I could find a solution if I consult this company offering document management system in Toronto.
What's your opinion on this? Do you have any other suggestion?
