Rhinoplasty for beautiful nose

Hi All,
I broke up with my boyfriend 2 weeks before. The reason is silly and stupid. After 1 year of secret dating, he proposed to me. And I accepted. After that, for the first time, he introduced me to his mother. From her attitude and the way of treating me, I understood that she didn't like me. I asked my boyfriend about it. He told me that his mother didn't like me because I have an ugly and bulbous nose. And he dumped me saying that he will never marry a girl without his mother's consent and will. When we met for the first time, he told me a quote which I still remember. The quote is that "I am impressed by your love and heart, not by your appearance".
And he also promised once that he will never leave me whatever happens. Now, he had broken the promise. He broke my heart. I hate him. It is foolishness to change our appearance to someone's satisfaction. But it is my revenge to him that I will make my nose look perfect and will show him. You may feel funny but you can't understand my feelings. I have scheduled a visit to a clinic doing Rhinoplasty surgery in Toronto next week. Before that, I would like to know some opinions about their services. Was that effective? Or is there any other treatment to reshape the nose other than surgery? Please share.
