Oh and this is my second time with mirena. Both times I spotted on an off for about 2 months and then only spotted around period time each month.
I've been spotting since July : (
Did the doctor say that was within the normal range for the iUd or that it just wasn't working for you? I remember at one point when I took bc pills, my cervix was bleeding a lot. I thought it was spotting or a cyst, which they ruled out. They figured out that I was on too low of a bc pill (like ortho tri cyclen lo) and it wasn't enough hormone and was thinning my cervix. They upped me to regular ortho, and I stopped spotting and my cervix thickened up. I wonder if it's something like that for you- maybe the progesterone in the iUd isn't enough for you?
Good luck to everyone TTC! We are so not trying! I'm on the pill and we're barely having sex anyway. I'm kinda OAD. DH has been bringing up having a second. I won't even entertain the thought until DS is 2. I'm too tired! We also can't afford 2 in DC. If we do decide on #2, we need to do it sooner rather than later because I'm 37.

Yeah, "SO not trying" is about where we're at too. Love my two I already have and three, financially, it would just be a big challenge to try to figure out. If I could stay home I would be more open to having a 3rd sooner, but it's not possible right now.

She said usually by 3 months things should be settled. She have me a one month supply of birth control pills to try and get my body regular and I could never remember to take them : (

Good luck to everyone! DS1 was 10 months old (the current age of DS2) when I got KU with #2. My boys are exactly 18 months apart (DS2 came early). Having them close has its challenges, that's for sure, but it is awesome!
We want 3 kids, so we will start TTC#3 in the summer. Although I really wish I could give birth to a 6 month old (development-wise!). The newborn stage was rough with DS2.
