Mine is an old nickname. I had the same first name as a co-worker and it was too confusing over the walkies. My initials are JJ, and I was henceforth known as J-squared.

When we moved over here I decided to change names, probably something I should not have done at 3am. But I'm into Aztec stuff and bows and arrows right now and I found a pic that said feathered arrow and here we are...
One of my friends did some sort of yoga thing that was on the water (sounded like she was basically on a surf board) have you tried that? It sounded like fun!
I have! Yoga on a paddleboard. Highly recommend trying it if you ever get the chance!
I just liked the name Holly and the play on holiday. Other screen names that I've used have been plays on myths (evepandora > stevepanda) or my cat's name.
My dogs name is Zolten. The real life Dracula had a dog named Zolten and I was really into that area of history 8 years ago when I got her. Shes a German short hair pointer (hence my old name Draculas pointer). There is also a horror movie "Zolten dog of Dracula".
Its a good thing I had a dog before a kid otherwise i would have argued to name my kid Zolten!
My sweet little 92 year old nana gave me this nickname as a kid! My whole family calls me it! Only my family (and my side not DH's side) and really close friends know about it and it isn't attached to anything else so I figured it was safe to use on the Internet!
I had just grabbed some old movies to watch since I was bored and decided to change my name after moving over. Footloose was one of the movies- love me some Kevin Bacon!
I love Kevin Bacon too. And I LOVE Footloose.
Mine is my old AIM sn from when I was in college. My nickname (though only my best friend calls me that) + college mascot (and the yell of all the yells, the yell that wins the day is the HOYA HOYA SAXA for the dear old blue and grey).
Comic Sans = the most beloved font in all the world.
Oh poor kittens! Please say there are exemptions for when it is used to create papers kids in grades K-2 can read! At least when on a lame computer without other clear fonts.
Though on the other hand cats do need to be neutered so really using comic sans is a good thing ...

Mine means spring froggy, for my baby. I tend to think of newborns as frogs. Mind you, I really like frogs. Though actually I picked it during my very brief 2nd pregnancy when I thought that baby would be due in early march which is totally not spring yet here but I guess I was thinking about spending time with a baby in the spring plus that one was conceived in the spring (early June totally _is_ spring here!). Thankfully it then wasn't too long until I got KU'd with sweetbabygirl and she really was/is a spring baby!
Beduk means frog in my husband's native language and I like the word. It's pronounced approximately like bay-duck but with a briefer long-a sound. Well and the duck part is a little more like how the oo in book sounds than a plain short u sound like in duck but not quite. Anyway I said approximately.
I decided to keep it (minus the 2 at the end that I don't remember why I had on tb) even though most people probably read it as spring-bed-UK because i didn't have any other ideas and also I found all the name changes from a couple months ago so confusing! And I still just like it. So There. Froggies forever!

Mine is a throwback to my Knot days. I was a June bride. I hate junebugs, so of course I chose that. The numbers are my anniversary date June 6, 2009. Yeah, I've been around the boards since 2008...and I've done the trifecta-TK, TN and TB.
My sn comes from a highschool nickname. My friends and I were writing a fantasy story together. Arinias was my character, the name stuck with that group of friends all through hs. The book was never completed and no one calls me that anymore but it has been my online handle ever since.
